The interior and exterior looks really great and it's pretty straight forward on how easy it is to use and all it's settings. Yet the most important part, drying, is a whole different story. On the sensor side it takes a couple times to get a normal size load to dry completely. On the time section it takes about two 60 minute cycles to completely dry. This dryer was supposed to be an upgrade for my family from a 15 year old school roper, second hand bought, did the job way better with only one time of use. The lint container is a bit strange, since it's inside the dryer and it a bit awkward on how it's made that you need a stick like object and a cloth to fully clean it out.

Disappointing-will not dry King size comforters-takes 3 dry cycles and still damp. Also, no light inside dryer. Would not buy again, should have stayed with Maytag..

Wish I never bought it. From the get go was not impressed with its capabilities. Now, 1 year later, its worse. I even got a repair guy to come by and take a look. It can't dry a load in 80 minutes no matter the size.

Getting your dryer to dry your clothes shouldn't be complicated. If you're having trouble with it, you'll want to check how you're loading the dryer, what settings you're using, and whether you're keeping it (and the exhaust vent) clean and free of lint. Please check these details.
