For the price I feel that this dryer is very cheaply made with the digital turn knobs and high simplicity. Don't ever forget to turn it completely off or it will beep constantly. Wish I got more for the price, just not much of a gas dryer selection. Dryer does work great though

Product is fine. Can’t complain. Just can’t recommend from Best Buy. Service and installation leaves a lot to be desired. Not good communication. Totally ignored and lied to as far as service goes. At least after 2 weeks I have my dryer, although they switched positions of washer and dryer making it awkward. Anyway this review probably won’t be displayed, so what’s the purpose? Stars are for appliance only, not service or experience.

Geek squad showed up July 8th, 2021, and the dryer was dented, scratched and just overall messed up. Then, they took it back because I didn’t accept it and couldn’t deliver a new one until July 17th. Today the install was good for the most part except the vent was loose and I had to adjust it so the air would go out of the back correctly. Overall satisfied with geek squad, but definitely a 3 star rating on this overall purchase and installation.

It takes a lot longer to dry than my last dryer. The cycle done alert isn’t very loud and I can’t hear it upstairs. I have to dry everything on medium to high heat or it takes over two hours to dry.

For light duty items this dryer is fine. For heavier items such as quilts or heavier blankets, it takes at least two drying cycles. Not totally happy with this item.

not a great product, standard, no light inside because Maytag is too cheap, and product won't last as long as my older drier.

Sensory drying is a little off, stops when some clothes are not completely dry. Door opens from wrong side to fit my space and delivery could not switch it.
