From ordering to delivery, the whole process was great. The dryer is quiet, easy to use and amazingly fast but considering how bad my old one was anything was bound to be an improvement. Technician was very professional and did an awesome job! Im a single mom with no knowledge of major appliances and wasnt sure if I should move my old one out of the way before they delivered it so I left it where it had been for the last 3yrs....imagine my surprise when he cleaned the lint, dust and socks that had gathered during that time. Something so simple made my day!

Already had the Samsung washer and was pleased with overall performance.Dryer is easy to program and efficient with multiple cycle options. Operates quietly compared to it’s predecessor. Lint filter is conveniently located and very easy to clean, door is slightly indented inside for secure grasp to open. No obvious handle. Opens side to side rather than top to bottom so dried laundry can easily fall to floor rather than rest on open door. Overall a good choice.

Great dryer. Works well. Looks great in the laundry room and easy for the kids to use.

Generally speaking, I'm happy with the dryer's performance to-date. But at the price point, I'd do a little more research and I think a better option exists. It doesn't have a visible timer, so you can set it for 60 minutes, but you won't have any idea how much time is left in the cycle without tracking yourself. The 20-minute increments on timed cycles is a little annoying too. I'd like 10-minute increments at least up to 30 or 40 minutes. I'd appreciate that in particular because it won't fully dry a load on low heat with the sensor. It always needs 10 more minutes, but not necessarily 20 minutes, the lowest timed setting available. Using different cycles, I'd give the sensor capabilities 3 stars.

Good drying times with the sensor and reasonable noise level

Bought this as a replacement for an old dryer that had died. I'm not huge on the digital controls, but it works great.

This dryer is fast and easy to use. My only complaint is the door doesn’t open all the way and I’m afraid I will eventually break the hinge.

Good capacity basic dryer. Works well. Only thing I wish it had was a digital time display timer. Otherwise does the job well.

It’s easy to use quality or materials of the dryer is a little thin but overall a good dryer.

Works fine no problems after 2 doz load’s I’m still not convinced with the dry sensor but I like that everything is digital and I’m most comfortable with using the minutes timer. It certainly lets u know when it’s done and it’s plenty big inside. Oh, and it matches our washer that we got about a year ago, no problems.

I had a problem with delivery men. I went to store where I bought my dryer and told manager what happy She wrote up a complaint order. They sent a different 2 men came a couple days later and hooked up dryer for me. Everything ended well.

The dryer works well only issue is that it was slightly dented when it arrived .. it was 2 nd one that came dented but not as bad as first one so I took it and Best Buy gave me small credit for dent

The dryer is fine but I would not recommend Best Buy lost 3 days waiting for them original delivery date was 6/5/21 dropped off no install 6/8/21 came back to install but dryer was damaged. 6/14/21 came back with new dryer to install. Great except the vent hose popped off during the first load!

So far the Samsung dryer has met our expectations. We love the larger tub and the extra features it came with, like the steamer.

This is a no frills dryer, but I got it to match the washer I had to purchase during COVID as it was the only one available and I wanted a matching set. I like to use the damp dry option, but this dryer's "damp" is completely bone dry - so I constantly have to monitor when to take the clothes out. (this appears to be the opposite problem of people having the dryer not dry enough!). I also HATE that I can't have a "favorite" option, so every time I turn it on I have to turn if off of the "very dry" option. I would prefer to set it and forget it like my samsung dryer that this one replaced.

We love our new Samsung gas dryer. It was super easy to install and has worked great. Only downside, and may not be an issue for some, but you can't seem to turn off the end of cycle sound and it is very very long!

So far this dryer is awesome, we had major issues with our last dryer which was only 7 months old and made by a different manufacturer. We just wish the drum had a light inside.

Descent dryer. It is slightly on the loud side but dries our items much faster than our previous LG.
