Great dryer, is the closet your going to get to having a silent dryer drying load after unending load of laundry. Now even more convenient with its built in light inside when you pop open the door. While you forget you were even drying in the first place you’re back at your daily per usual things, taking care of business

This samsung Dryer has been really good no problems with it.

Met all my requirements: Very large and considerably quiet than what I used to have, has a good amount of different cycles and the stainless steel black color is very nice looking. Also, the door is rigid enough not to swing to one side automatically. Highest spin level is quite loud and shook my apartment

After about 2 months of use, this Samsung dryer is working great and we have had no negative issues with it. The Best Buy installation team was on time and did a good job of installing the dryer although they did not have the necessary and required hoses that are needed to use the steam sanitize+ feature. I asked them where the hoses and “Y” Connector were, and all they could say was that they couldn’t find them when they opened the box and they presumed they were just not included with the shipment of my dryer. I called Samsung customer service and their customer service was lacking and incapable of helping me with this issue. I then called Best Buy customer service and the agent was extremely helpful in getting me the necessary hoses and “Y” connector needed to use the steam sanitize+ feature. The Best Buy agent exceeded my expectations. I found out the hard way that everything you need to use 100% of the dryer capabilities, namely the steam sanitize+ function, IS NOT supplied by Samsung which left me scratching my head in disbelief. After reading the Samsung Owner’s Manual supplied with my dryer, I found out that Samsung supplies only ONE HOSE, which is a short water hose and ONE “Y” connector. I received neither because they were missing according to the Best Buy Installation team. That left me with nothing to hook up and I was temporarily unable to use the steam sanitize+ features. To refresh, to use the steam sanitize+ features on this dryer, you need TWO HOSES and ONE “Y” CONNECTOR along with the Cold Water Line that is already hooked up to the washer. I also found out by reading the owner’s manual that Canadian Models of this same exact dryer are supplied with the two hoses and the one “Y” connector needed to use the steam sanitize+ feature. So my question to Samsung is why supply the needed parts to use the steam sanitize+ feature to our friends up north and not for customers who buy this model in America? For that reason, I deducted one star because Samsung should know better. I thought about deducting two stars, but the dryer itself is working great and the numerous other features are amazing. After I purchased the required two hoses and the “Y” connector Kit from Best Buy, I hooked it up per the instructions using the ALREADY THERE COLD WATER HOSE that goes to the washer for the water supply. Just hook the cold water supply hose and the two hoses from the Kit to the “Y” connector; then hook the hose up to the dryer and you're done. The steam sanitize+ feature works great! Samsung needs to wake up and supply the TWO HOSES and “Y” connector on the American models so all of the dryer capabilities can be utilized 100%. You listening Samsung?

Excellent dryer has a great capacity. Can detect when the dryer vent is plugged outside and has been accurate so far every time i clean it there has been a lot of lint in the line

This is a great machine. We haven’t had any problems with its capacity or efficiency. It can accept a large load and won’t leave anything damp.

This Samsung washer is so outstanding. I always cheap out and go for cheaper one. I bite the bullet and decide to buy this pricey one and I have to say it changed my life.

Super quiet and runs really smooth. The ECO mode saves energy but the clothes come out still damp so I prefer the normal heat settings which are great.

Perfect size for comforters, very easy to use, Samsung did a great job in making sure, even for its size, you can load any size of laundry and still be energy efficient.

good washer. Did not have any problems until a year in when a weird banging occurred and unfortunately have to rebuy a newer brand or better.

Drys a lot faster than my old LG. The color makes it look high end. Still need to download the app and try that feature out.

Very easy on the eyes. Huge capacity. Sings to you. I haven’t figured out how to do custom settings yet, but I imagine if I read the manual I could sort it.
