I bought a Samsung gas dryer on December 6, 2023, at Best Buy with a dent on the left side. They asked me to leave this one, and they would change the machine for me. They made an appointment with me twice and neither time was the visit scheduled to change the machine, Best Buy did not come with an authorized technician to touch the gas to change the machine. I think it's a massive lack of respect, as it's been two and a half months, and nothing has been resolved so far. I bought a new machine with a dent on the side, paying for it and no one has the respect to change the machine

We bough this and the matching washed on 9/12 and had it installed 9/14. The first few cycles no problems, but then there was this buzzing noise. At first it was at the start of the cycle, and now it is no stop sounds like a giant Buzzer. We can not run it or dry cloths. I need to call Monday and schedule a service call. Very disappointed with this machine after the price we paid. Less than 2 weeks old and can't run the dryer. I took video so I have proof of the sound. Depending on the fix do not buy!!

We have had several HORRIBLE experiences with Best Buy in the past couple of months. Our stove went out, we ordered one from Best Buy. Had to return it, got a new one. Dishwasher went out, ordered one and it failed before the first cycle was done, and put out error codes. Cleared the code, drained it, shut it off and went to bed. Got up the next morning to a completely flooded main floor, which had gone through to the lower level also. And the advice I got when I called? They told me to file a claim with my homeowners instead of taking responsibility for the junk dishwasher that flooded our home. THEN, our washer and dryer went out. Ordered a Samsung pair from Best Buy (yes, by now I should've been smarter than to go back to Best Buy, I do freely admit that). The washer leaked before the second week. Ordered a GE Profile replacement set, they arrived but one of the pedestals was damaged so they couldn't be set up. The pedestal was supposed to deliver in 4 days, the day before, Best Buy cancelled the delivery and told me I'd need to reschedule. Keep in mind, I have NO washer or dryer through all of this, and they have NO idea when the pedestal will get here. I finally just called them and told them to come all of their stuff. I am done with Best Buy. They used to be reputable, and honest. They once provided quality products and good customer service. Now, it takes two hours to even be able to talk to a customer service rep. Such a shame, SMH.

Nice design, but that's about it. Left the clothes damp, but can be used for other purposes, e.g. as a mouse trap. Had it returned and replaced with an LG.

I hate this dryer. The "smart sense" feature isn't so smart. In fact, when I attempt to dry something heavy, I have to go start the dryer again about every 5 minutes because it keeps sensing the outside of something like a comforter being warm and shuts off. & to make it better, you can't turn the "feature" off. So, I have to run up and down my stairs 30 times to dry a twin comforter. Now, I have to make going to the laundry mat part of my schedule. What's the point of having laundry in-house? Awful. No, I don't recommend for this reason. Otherwise, it functions fine.

We order a Samsung washer and gas dryer. Upon delivery we were told we can’t do gas dryer because of the lines not beingbupdated. They took the gas dryer back. They never brought the dryer into the house as the delivery men brought the washer first. The gas dryer accessories never came into the house either. But they charged us for all the accessories. We called 4 times to get a refund and the service agents were playing dumb. Waste of 2-3 hours dealing with these bozos.

Waste of money! Had it for 5 days used it twice in 5 days after 3 minutes of drying it shuts off for no reason what so ever! Turned it on 10 times within 15 minutes and every time I turn it on 3 minutes later it shuts off ! Definitely calling and returning for refund!

This was the worst experience. The delivery people allegedly made two attempts. They never delivered the dryer because allegedly they knock on the door. They never rang the door bell, I have surveillance cameras and never showed that they did this. Don’t think they were forthcoming. I took off two days from work and they never delivered the dryer. I went with Home Depot after this experience. I tried to call Best-buy and the representative ended the call.

This dryer wont heat up to dry my clothes, no matter how long it is set to run for. This is a complete disaster. I have to expose those clothes to fresh air in the living room after 2 or 3 hours rolling inside that dryer.

Had this dryer 5 months and it broke. Geek Squad came out and said it needs a new drum. We even had metal pieces breaking off the inside and getting into our clothing. It’s unacceptable to spend this kind of money to have a dryer break after a shorty period of time.

The clothes didnt get dry on the normal cycles, you have to use the timed cycle to dry your clothes. It doesn't have significant air flow the clothes come out in a tangled mess with wet items in the middle.
