Gas dryers are overpriced because of CA mandate to remove gas hook ups. Takes 2 cycles to dry heavy loads (blankets, jeans, etc)

Very noisy. Looks nice on the front, and Ive been happy with other Samsung Dryers I have, but this one seems a bit cheaper on the inside. Dont purchase if you are putting somewhere noise is an issue

Nice unit but arrived broken. Made a loud noise when in use. Does not dry very well. Hope it's because it's broken. Good news is, the delivery rep ordered a new one and it is being delivered in a few weeks. I hope this works. If not, I stand by my 3-stars.

We bought a scratch and dent model. The machine made a thumping noise on every revolution of the drum and didn't dry our cloths on any of the different cycles. We took the the machine back after 8 days and BB was great on the return. Full refund on our purchase.

The dryer works well but have a problem when drying delicate clothings. If i want extra time on it it only gives me 5 minutes then it turns off, so i have to constantly turn it back on.

It's beautiful but it doesn't dry my clothes all the way?!?? It also has sensors so even if I take it for another spin it thinks the clothes are dry and they're still damp.

If someone thinks that they can purchase this produce without the proper stacking kit, you are WRONG! Someone from GeekSquad apparently ordered the right kit… only to find out that he ordered a BeSpoke stacking kit that did not work for the set. That was after I was told that I didn’t need a stacking kit. You can only imagine how upset I am about the situation. After two failed deliveries between 4/8 and 4/10, and another failed order from 4/2, I am over this. I have never been disappointed in Best Buy service… this is ridiculous.
