I have to leave a positive review on this laptop, as I am absolutely dumbfounded by the other poor reviews previously left, because the individuals did not know this was NOT a 2-in-1 device, and it does NOT have a touchscreen! That is correct, and if you did any research at all, or read any of the detail above on the product's page, you would know that wasn't the case! Duh. I have owned and/or tried many, many different laptops over the years. This one checks off all of the boxes for me. I was not in the market for a 2-in-1 convertible ultrabook or a laptop with a touchscreen (if you are, be sure to check out Samsung's Galaxy Book Flex, a sweet looking machine). This has the same internals as Samsung's Galaxy Book Flex, but without the touchscreen, stylus, etc. It has a very powerful latest gen Intel processor, plenty of RAM for most light applications, a generous 512GB of very fast SSD storage, all-day battery life, some very useful Samsung utility applications, and an absolutely and super bright GORGEOUS QLED display that you have to see to believe. I like the opaqueness and shine of the body, and the back hinge is cool the way it rises the keyboard up to provide even better ventilation. The best part? It is just a little over 2 pounds!!! If you want to upgrade the RAM and/or add another NVMe SSD drive, then upgrade to the 15.6" model. I don't think you can go wrong with this machine! I'm looking forward to many years with this incredible machine.

I love the size, keyboards are kind of non-friendly but quality is outstanding.

Does everything I need to. A new enough laptop that I can grow with. Only downside is that the speaker volume varies depending on websites and applications being run which is a bit odd.

This laptop does all that I want it to do! I have not done a whole lot with sound on here or movies. Programs load up quickly and YouTube videos look good.

I really like this Samsung laptop. The iridescent cover is a bonus! I like how it shimmers with the light very subtly. The back key lighting is a plus. Thus far I am satisfied with my purchase.

This is a really incredible thin and light laptop. When it was delivered Fedex person asked if it was a tablet? The fit and finish on this laptop is among the best. I really love the aura silver finish. It changes color depending on the light. This is the lightest laptop I have ever owned. The Qled screen at 1080p in the 13.3" size is a thing of beauty. Much like macbooks the screen has a glass cover and antireflective coating. It is about as close as you can get to an OLED but it still has the contrast of lcd. Really bright and saturated color. The screen is amazing! The touch pad is glass and the keyboard I find great. I do not have any problem with shallow key depth. Types great to me. The speakers get pretty loud specially for this size. I do wish the speakers were top firing. The cpu is a comet lake which would have been my last choice. Ice lake i7 is more powerful with better battery life. That being said it is a 10th gen quad core chip with excellent single core score and surprisingly good multi core score for this gen of cpu. I hope tigerlake is used on the next version of these or AMD Ryzen?! So if you want any type of graphics intensive work done you may want the flex model with more ram and iris plus graphics. Battery life is good but I will have to have it a while to properly judge. Unlike what many have said, you can upgrade the RAM and SSD on this device just like the 15.6" model. That is amazing that in a form factor this small you can add ram yourself!! It makes this an even better value as adding another 8gb ram is not costly and will add a lot of performance. Overall this is one of my favorite laptops. Don't believe the negative reviews. If you want an Ultrabook with regular laptop performance and not slow Ultrabook performance this is it. Super portable, and super battery life in a u series quad core chip!! One of the best lcd panels money can buy, upgradable ram and storage! All of that in a really beautiful design. Lastly there is a lot of bloatware which I am not a fan of, and Samsung added a ton of apps. However, there apps actually work and are useful. You can recover your notebook back to original factory settings using the recovery software which is much better than a windows reset. There is also a driver support software that actually works as well. So many other manufacturers have driver update software and in my experience it never works. The screen, the weight, the finish and design and performance are all really great points of this device.
