I've only been using my laptop for a month and I don't have any complaints so far. It's very easy to set up and use, you have all the windows 11 + Samsung apps experience if you have samsungs devices it is much more enjoyable. To be honest I was not looking for something very powerfull since I will only use it for college and maybe office work; I would not expect it to run any games or editing videos, all that heavy stuff. It's very light and easy to carry arround, which is a very good reason to take it into consideration, the touch screen is also very good but I don't use it much. I'm very happy with my device. One disadvantage is that it's very difficult to keep a clean look, the materials get all the fingerprints

I bought this laptop to use in my home office work. I use to internet and microsoft office. Eventually I use the Silhouette Studio. It is very heavy software to images. This laptop works with good velocity and quick response. It has good benefits: Quick, light, very portable, small and quality from Samsung. I recomend to medium user.

Best phone companion a little perfect size laptop could ever have! W/ multi control go from your book straight on over to your phone with mouse curser that goes from one screen to the other, drag drop, copy and past from book3 to your phone by holding mouse button down and lifting when your mouse is on the phone, transfer files in the same manner, has a sleep small professional design that sets up with a "triangle base" if you will, where the top flips backwards, while the pen is seperate the graphics and artistic quality is very dynamic to as if your using an actual pencil! Fits perfect with Samsung S22 side by side, use phone link to text from your phone on your book3, and use multi control to go back and fourth between devices. Shares one drive between devices, and much mkre. This is yet the most powerful and sophisticated laptop ive ever had! Very impressed by samsung products, very satisfied!! Perfect for mini coffee table offices and or on the go!

Perfect for college. I really like this computer. The keyboard is not loud, has good screen resolution and refresh rate, and it's lightweight. If you have other Samsung products, it will work perfectly with them. A perfect match for any student

An amazing laptop by Samsung. Works amazing for the price. Can use it as a laptop and tablet which works for anyone in any way! I got mine in the grey and love the look! If your looking for a daily laptop for school, work, everyday tasks or anything else, this is a great option.

So far ,about 3 weeks in, its quite interesting. It could be better honestly..battery life not great. Maybeci had high expectations but about 4hr of video time ?

This is a very underrated laptop. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting what might be the smallest lightest Windows laptop for under $1,000 in existence. It is very hard to find reviews of this laptop online, but it is a real find. It looks and feels great and runs amazingly. There were some things pre-installed on it that I did not want, but they were very easy to remove. The ONLY thing I would change is a bit more memory for peace of mind, but I haven't actually had any issues, and wouldn't pay hundreds more for that. I run it in "silent" mode on battery and it seems to go forever.

Great product, very premium build. It's a lightweight, compact, and versatile computer. Ive always has 15.6 inch laptops and I thought a 13 inch would be too small for me but this is great. The size makes it very easy to carry around. As for performance it is great as well. Battery life is good, especially when compared to my old PC. The SCREEN is AMAZING. Its the best screen I've seen on a laptop for sure! I got it when it was on sale for $525 or something like that so it was a no brainer.

My must-haves for replacing my 5 yr, 2.5 lbs Lenovo Carbon X1 14" laptop is wt (sub 3 lbs), touch screen @ 13", backlight keyboard & decent storage capacity or SD slot. And all for under $1000. I don't game & am semi-retired, don't need a high powered or any desktop. So the Samsung works perfectly for home or travel. BTW, I own the Galaxy S23 Ultra phone & Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra to read sheet music so I have confidence in their products. This has worked out well; checking all the boxes & it's 2.5 lbs. Again my demands are minimal; some Excel work, file management, emails, & browsing. I haven't thought of Samsung laptops before but believe that it's underrated; they should definitely promote their laptops. The AMOLED screen is beautiful & responsive to touch. The keyboard layout has some minor differences over the Lenovo but that's to be expected, and the adjustment to minor size difference is needed, but I had a 13" Acer previously. I haven't integrated my 3 Samsung devices, maybe the phone & laptop in the future if I feel there would be an advantage. I don't have a feel for battery life at this point but expect it to have better performance than a 5 yr old Lenovo. Best Buy, TY for the Black Friday price of $879!

A lot to like with this laptop - the AMOLED screen is bright, colorful, inky blacks, and makes watching movies a real pleasure. Keyboard is excellent - good travel for a slim chassis, good backlighting, and nearly no light bleed around the edges of the keys. Sound just barely adequate, could use a bit more volume from the speakers. Touch screen and 360 degree design add flexibility. Alloy construction makes this feel solid with little flex. Although only 8Gb ram and I5 core processor, this scoots along well. Multiple apps, or browsing tabs don't slow it down. awesome - especially at sale price

I love these Galaxy Books! My previous one -- which was more attractive -- got stolen during the course of air travel and I tried to get an exact replica. The company (unfortunately for my aesthetic preferences) had moved on and my much-loved silvertone touch screen was replaced by a black model (which by the way is prone to smudging). However, nothing else has disappointed. This is a nifty little laptop, fast, lightweight, and so easy to use. I love the touchscreen and love how portable it is. I am hooked. Please don't make it heavier and do provide a wider range of colors. I am a fan!
