This is the second Samsung laptop I have owned. This one's advantages are that it is very light, good price, looks great and performs well with my development environment requirements (IntelliJ, Apache Tomcat & LAMP stack). The two previous ASUS laptops I have owned were faster on startup and responded much faster to input, even though this one has a latest Intel processor that is supposedly faster. The laptop graphics card cannot be upgraded, however not necessary. Setting up was entirely automated which perhaps is good for some people, however I prefer to do so manually and choose what is right for me as opposed to having

I’m an Apple user, but wanted to try Samsung. The screen was beautiful, it felt solid, and ran very well. I really liked the thought behind a 2-1 laptop, but in reality it was kind of a mix of all the bad things about laptops and tablets combined. The palm rejection while using the S pen didn’t work well. The battery was supposed to last 24 hours, but I never got it to last more than 12. The worst part is that because it is a 2-1 laptop, there is no possible way to get spellcheck on the Samsung notes app.

The Screen is Phenomenal, although the battery life and the speed does not match the price at all. Lags and Jitters are inevitable(even from lots of chrome tabs)... not suited for editing purposes or heavy loads. The Screen is Beautiful for Movies and the Speakers are one of the best in the market.

I'm own Samsung devices (S24, galaxy watch etc) and I wanted to get this so I can enjoy the benefits of being in the ecosystem. Unfortunately despite getting it on sale , I have to return it the next day due to excessive fan noise and bloatware on the system when setting it up for the first time.

I got this open box for about $455 after tax pretty happy with it for that price but lemme tell ya if I had paid for the msrp they ask for this, i'd be pretty upset. battery life is terrible, performance is so so, dont be fooled that it has an I7 not all i7s are created equal... the middle the screen in between the hinges has enough flex when its in tablet mode to give me some anxiety. if you can nab one for around $600 its great

Good computer, but the screen quality is poor. It cracked while I was putting it back in my backpack with the lid closed. Pressure on a closed lid should not damage the screen.

You can adjust the resolution on your PC by: 1. Select the Start icon → All → Screen Recorder. The screen recorder toolbar will appear on the top of the screen. 2. Select the Settings icon. The Settings window will appear. 3. Select Video and select the resolution you want under Video resolution. You can set the video resolution only when recording in full screen mode. Without having more information available regarding what you may be experiencing with your device and without being able to ask you any follow up questions to probe further, I recommend reaching out to Support for further assistance with troubleshooting your device. I like my galaxy book 4 overall but it has some problems. It runs well, the battery lasts for a long time, its quiet, and the screen has great resolution. But the addition of a number pad on the keyboard is so annoying. When your use to the backspace, enter, and shift keys being at the right end of the keyboard and then they add a number pad that shifts all the keys over a couple inches to the left it makes it significantly harder to type on. Theres never been a time in my life where I’ve thought a laptop’s number keys were too hard to use and it needed a number pad. It’s just such an unnecessary addition. Also, who thought it was a good idea to put the speakers on the bottom of the laptop? If you have it sitting on a desk or your bed then the sound gets muffled. If you like mac books but one of the workers trys to convince you that this is basically the PC verison of a mac book but cheaper, don’t listen. Just stick with what you already like.

This is a large laptop. The benefit is obviously a nice large screen (more later). The disadvantage is weight. While 3.3 pounds may not sound like a lot, for those used to one of the many, smaller laptops this one will feel heavy. I applaud Samsung for its packaging. Virtually all is recyclable cardboard that does an excellent job of protecting the laptop in transit. While keyboard “feel” is a matter of individual preference, I found the keyboard spongy, lacking a precision feel. I’d recommend trying it before selecting it. The trackpad worked well and will feel familiar to anyone who has used one previously. I still preferred the ease of an external mouse. A minor but nice trick is that the computer turns itself on when the lid is opened. (Should that fail for some reason, there is a power button.) The computer really shines when it comes to display. The screen’s size make viewing easy and the display is vivid without being glaring. As with most Windows PC, the user can adjust display settings to taste, but I found the default to be perfect. The touchscreen is sensitive, and quick to respond. However as with many laptops, when tapped, the screen “gives” a little at the hinges so the touch effect was somewhat negated. Not a big deal. The screen’s noticeably large viewing angle requires a privacy screen for anyone doing confidential work in close quarters such as an airplane seat. In sum, it’s a good laptop. Except for the quality of the screen, I found little to distinguish it from others, but for someone looking for a solid computer and doesn’t mind the tradeoff of weight for display size, it’s a good choice.
