Well almost a year with this phone. Battery life/processor responded great, but like I said only in the beginning. Camera quality is still perfect yet I would not recommend unless youre thinking about returning it. The phone heats up crazy. Also charging port has messed up on phone already which pictures were posted. Thanks Samsung should have gone with apple. So many cons and pros with this phone. I recommend getting an iPhone.

You have to give them access to EVERYpersonal detail. if you want to even use the phone from the start a message pops up asking to allow them access to listen and manage phone calls and all your contacts,If you don't comply, you can't use it,so you're left without options,Even a free dictionary app, they want to view your contacts, emails pics. listen to your calls and messages, keep track of your location, even video and everything personal that you want to save or share, like your notes and correspondence even share it all to 3rd party, and "they're not responsible for what happens after that". If you deny, then you've just paid $900 for a useless gadget. If you value your privacy, just buy a phone without all the hi-tech. Save yourself the aggravation and money. I wish I'd never bought it. They also like to remind you that all the personal information they collect is to better help you. You want to use the GPS map? Give up the name, address, phone, DOB, SS#, of every single person on your contact list.ok, I'm exaggerating here just a little to give you an idea of what you're getting into.

Was excited about this phone however after purchasing it the phone is the worst in the long line of Samsung phones. The keyboard does not work properly. The space bar and keys on the lower row part of the keyboard do not work properly. Even when you tap directly on the keys. The camera is the worst. The S7 camera is far superior. The Note 9 takes pixelated photos. The previous camera versions are head and shoulders above this phone. Stay away at all costs. You’re better off to wait for the next Samsung phone.

I asked for a Verizon phone, but the associate pushed the unlocked phone on me. They might have been out of the Verizon phones, and she just wanted to make a sale. Either way, I took the unlocked phone, and I regret it. It has multiple problems, loses service, drops calls, not all apps work. Completely unsatisfactory product.

It took me forever to make the decision to switch to an Android but I regret every minute! This Android Samsung Galaxy Note9 lags and there's no syncing across any of my system wide password app. Total lackluster and android apps are not appealing nor robust at all.

I purchased this phone and when I got and removed the plastic, it had micro scratches on the screen. I went and exchanged it and same thing so I returned that too. Poor job by Samsung
