I got nice cell phone but 2 weeks ago that hot and make to screen broken after that, i can't claim anything and best buy can't help anything because that happened on 15 days ago after i bought that, i'm used soft case all time after i bought that and never drop cell phone. so sad so high price $999.99 but happens like that . the customer service say sorry can't do anything.

I am happy with it for a month, but the issue is, the fast battery drain, removed a lot of apps, daily cleaning the ram, and closing frequently apps that are open, samsung need to solved this issues

Voice recognition is absolutely horrible!! This is the stupidest phone ever! The only good thing is the camera and the music!

Coule not be more satisfied with phones performance and features. Just wish this infinity screen nonsense would go away. It's almost as if they designed the phone to fail by the smallest drop because there's yet a case out there that protects the screen fully. If they continue with this nonsense I might have to switch back to iPhone.

If you have a Note 8 hold on to it. There is nothing in this phone that screams out "Buy me as an upgrade".
