Does this tablet lag? And can it take good enough quality photos?

Wifi? Lte? Both? Is this a international version or US Version? Does it have an expandable memory card slot? If it has expandable memory, up to what size card can it take? Also, can apps go onto the expandable memory? Like facebook, games. Netflix, etc?
