Purchase a tablet with a larger screen for my Mom. It was a lot more than I expected. The person wasn’t very helpful. Didn’t tell me I needed and adapter so I had to return to purchase one. No cases or screen protector in store. I felt cheated.

No issues with the product, except that it should have included a SD chip. The sales person was careful to try to rope me into all sorts of Best Buy crap (credit card, etc.). He did not bother to mention the one thing I needed.

Great Tablet, bad service, Trenton store has a long wait, I asked 4 people if they would help me and they all declined, they said it wasn’t their department or that they were busy
