I was given a product that was locked and even Geek Squad could not unlock it. Went through customer service, was told To ask for a direct replacement. They cancelled my order and was forced to send my open box version back. This isn't all of Best Buy, however, they need to do better in ensuring products sold in EXCELLENT condition is usable.

This is absolutely unacceptable! My Best Buy order was canceled on the very same day it was scheduled to be delivered.

I returned the tablet back to Best Buy because I couldn’t sinc the tablet to my cable provider. When I purchased the tablet nobody explained anything to me. Poor customer service.
