Extremely disappointing experience purchasing an expensive watch from Best Buy. The delivery agent marked the item as delivered and submitted a photo as proof — but the watch was not there when I checked. The drop-off was allegedly made at 1 AM outside the building with no secure handoff, which is completely irresponsible for a high-value item. A photo showing "delivered" while the item is missing raises serious concerns about what actually happened. Best Buy arranged a replacement order, which then faced significant and unexplained delays. When I requested a cancellation after losing all confidence in the process, no action was taken — even after a full week of follow-ups. I have lost the product, the money, and my time. I would strongly advise against purchasing any high-value item from Best Buy. Their delivery accountability and post-sale support are simply not up to the standard that customers paying a premium deserve.

We had high hopes for this watch. Unfortunately, it did not hold a charge, even after we turned off the "always on" display setting. We had it on the charger for hours and didn't charge at all. The pairing process took about 20 tries and 45 minutes to get through, as well. We ended up exchanging for a Garmin and are much happier. Samsung technology isn't there yet, apparently.
