When I got my S8 Ultra in the mail, it didn't have an S-Pen with it. Best Buy's solution was to send me a replacement tablet with an S-Pen. After over a week of waiting when it was supposed to be delivered to the Bellevue, WA Best Buy I got a notification on the day of the estimated delivery that it was out of stock. They told me to wait another week to see if they can get me a replacement. My replacement order has now been cancelled. Best Buy customer service said they won't partially refund me ($35) so I can buy the pen myself. Their solution is that I return my tablet and just sit around and wait until it just happens to be back in stock for who knows how long and it's been out of stock for at least 2 weeks. A simple solution to this and after 3 weeks of nonsense, this is the best they could do. Great job Best Buy
