I heard this first on display in the store and was impressed with the clarity it gave. I am a gamer and also am a fan of having a home theatre. This combo did both. I was really impressed with the surround sound and Dolby atmos which I did not even know existed before getting this. I am giving this a 4 star instead of a 5 for two reason. One, I wasn’t a fan of the fact that the rear speakers are not wireless and two, it doesn’t get quite as mound as I’d like, but make no mistake, it is still very loud. I just have quite a big basement and if it was just a little smaller, the system would be perfect. Also, watching Saving a private Ryan in 4K with Dolby atmos will have you dodging the bullet sounds, whizzing by.

This sound bar is great. It was easy to setup and has optical and earc. It pairs well with my Q85 Samsung tv the audio comes from the tv speaker and the sound bar. The sub woofer is nice and big and provides excellent base. When I purchased it Best Buy gave me the newest model of surround speakers that has Dolby atmos for free. Great deal great sound bar I’m very happy with the purchase.

Love this system the audio quality for music and movies is wonderful. The Atom's experience is underwhelming. I have average-height ceilings in my apartment and I haven't noticed any discernable difference with the amos levels being high or low I don't hear a difference. The other speakers in the system are fantastic loud and clear especially compared to the VIZIO - 5.1.2-Channel M-Series. If you're debating between Vizio and Samsung just get the Samsung and save yourself a trip back to best buy to return the Vizio. All of the features I was looking for are onboard Chromecast built-in, Spotify Connect, Apple Airplay 2, Smartthings, and Alexa. I brought my soundbar open box from the store and I got it for a steal at $287.99

Overall sound good. Set up easy. Issues are setting up for use with my Samsung tv controller. Connected thru arch but still need to use the soundbar remote to turn on. Pain when having to use Apple TV controller to turn on, soundbar controller and tv remote. Wish theyd all play nice.

I love my sound system, it’s so easy to use and connect. It’s very affordable and come with a lot of pieces. The sound is beautiful and loud.

I am a bit hard of hearing and after trying two other sound bars without luck I decided to give this one a try. I read as many reviews as I could find and they were mostly positive. After receiving this system I found I can hear my television much clearer at a lower volume. If I am using the TV volume it has to be a minimum of 60 but this sound bar at 20 is sometimes too loud. I love this system and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Excellent surround sound! Very immersive. Like in the movie theater you would hear the sound moving across the room. And the clarity of dialogue is superb! I also love listening to music while doing chores or just relaxing on the couch. Overall, I’m very happy and satisfied with my purchase.

I needed to replace my sound bar and went back to Best Buy and found an open box for a Samsung 7.1 sound bar. It was very easy to connect and great sound festival a great price and was able to. For 12 months which was great because I didn’t count on spending this large amount of money at once.

Great sound, very easy to setup. The only down fall is that the two rear speakers aren’t wireless.

i am loving this system. though some people have made complaints because the satellite speakers do have speaker wires that go to the blue tooth unit (news flash the speakers need power to function). bought some nice bookshelf speaker stands for them so i didn't have to hang them on the wall and see the wires, they run along the baseboard.

This is exactly what I wanted, it sounds amazing! Easy install and connecting.

I guess it's my fault for not fully researching the rear speaker kit included is not wireless like the soundbar, or I would've just purchased the cheaper package with just the wireless soundbar with subwoofer kit and purchased the wireless rear speaker kit separately. I bought this as a gift they were disappointed in the wired rear speakers. Other than that, amazing quality. Dolby atmos 4k videos are chef's kiss. Feel like I'm immersed into the film.

Great sound, easy hookup/pairing. To maximize the features, you really need to pair with a Q-series Samsung tv. It’s been so long, that I’ve forgotten what it was like watching movies in surround sound. Now I just keep the surround on even when watching tv. If you need to place the surround speaker module anywhere other than right behind the couch, I would recommend getting longer speaker wire. Included wire is maybe 12’?

Has great sound I feel like I’m in a movie theater

This is the sound i was looking for after testing out others! Great voice and bass! You have many features with smarts things and settings for the quality of sound youre looing for. Just one thing I dont like is the wired rear speakers. As you noticed I placed them at the bottom of the stand with the hub to kind of hide the speaker wire. Other than that no complaints. Great deal for the quality! Samsung, send me some speaker mounts! ;)
