This is replacing another cordless vacuum (I won't mention the brand) that had issues with clogging at the neck. The design of this vacuum so far has shown that to not be an issue. This is a powerful machine on the high setting! I can't even use it on my rugs, the suction is so strong, I can barely move it back and forth. The low setting is good but I wish there was something in between. I also hear a high pitched whine on the high setting. It can be a little annoying. I also wish it came with a stand (as the "other" model did). This one has to either be mounted on the wall with screws or left on the floor. I opted to keep it on the floor. I do like the storage for the attachments right on the charging base. The battery has lasted for over 2 weeks of regular vacuuming. I did recharge today when it got down to one bar but I am sure I could have kept going. It did take me a few tries to get the hang of reattaching the dirt collection cup but now I can do it with ease. It fills pretty quickly (a testament to the suction power) so I opt to empty it frequently so I don't lose suction. The parts are all washable as well. The rose gold is a nice touch. Not necessary for a utile appliance but makes me feel a little fancy while cleaning my house! The mini-motorized tool is really good at taking dog hair off my couches! It has a rubber beater bar that really picks up the fur. The unit has the standard crevice and combination tools that most vacuums come with as well. I do like the maneuverability of the machine- Easy to glide around and moves smoothly from linoleum, to slate, to hard wood to carpet. I have not had to use this function yet, but the bar can be taken out of the large brush so that if things get wrapped around it, you can easily cut them off. I have grown to love cordless vacuums and will not go back to corded ones. This model is an improvement over my last one in design and function.

Overall excellent product. The fit and finish is not quite as good as a Dyson and the performance is not either. However, price for performance is much better and I like the weight/balance much better. I have 3 Dysons and I find them fairly heavy and cumbersome. I use this Samsung in the office and have been very happy with it. If you can find it on sale, I definitely recommend it.

Liked the space saving design. Very versatile when having to vacuum under furniture.

Worked great… while it worked. The hinge on the head broke and a new one costs as much as I paid for the vacuum when it was on sale. Other than that, it worked great, on “high” the battery lasts about 15-20 minutes.

Very portable little battery operated vacuum hangs on a dock for charging and storage. Only thing is the battery doesn’t last long enough for me.

Works great looks nice but the battery dies kind of quick and it takes long to charge the battery but overall good

[Employee of bestbuy] Pint size vacuum that packs a punch (with accessories!) Works for my smaller space, I use it on my rug and on hardwood. As a cat owner it has already made a big difference. My only complaint is the build quality- the plastic parts feel kinda cheap (handle and dustpan) but other than that its been great!

Works great. Only down side is the battery life. If you have it on full power, it last about 20 minutes and needs a 45 minute recharge

Powerful vacuum, very light weight, decent battery life. The way you have to empty it could be better designed.

I love that I can use this vacuum on pet hair, dirt, small debris. I only wish that it had a stand up base that I don’t have to screw to the wall to charge. Battery life is quite good
