I was shipped a product with a hole in it and taped over with duct tape. The sticker on it was signed off by an employee saying it was in good condition. What customer wants to pay full price and receive a damaged product? I could understand if it was damaged in transit but I was purposely sent a box with a huge hole in it. DO BETTER BEST BUY! How can I gift this to someone? Product isnt even sold in stores so I have to do this all over again.
