I’ve been riding the Segway G3 Max for just under three weeks now, and it has genuinely transformed my daily routine. Whether it’s commuting to work, quick errands, or casual weekend rides, this scooter delivers performance, comfort, and reliability far beyond what I expected. Performance & Speed The G3 Max offers solid acceleration and handles inclines with ease thanks to its powerful motor. I’ve consistently hit its top speed (around 23–25 mph) without it feeling unstable. It’s quick enough to keep pace with urban traffic while staying safe and manageable. Battery Life One of the highlights is definitely the long-range battery. I’ve only needed to charge it a couple of times in these 20 days — it easily covers my daily usage without worry. Segway’s claim of 40+ miles per charge is accurate, especially if you’re riding in eco or standard modes. Ride Quality The ride is smooth and stable, even over rougher pavement. The 10" tires do a great job absorbing small bumps. The wider deck gives a secure stance, and the brakes (both electronic and disc) are responsive and reassuring. App Integration The Segway-Ninebot app is a nice bonus. I can lock the scooter, track mileage, change speed modes, and check diagnostics all from my phone. It adds a smart layer to the experience. Build & Safety Build quality feels premium and sturdy, with a clean and minimal design. The lighting is bright and visible — a major plus for riding in the early mornings or evenings. The included bell and reflectors also boost safety.

Well let me first say, if I had a DUI and couldn’t drive a vehicle legally…I would be riding this scooter everywhere! This beast of a machine does an easy 30 MPH with me on it and I’m 175 pounds, 6 ft 3 inches tall. I ride in sport mode (fastest) which uses more battery and less distance but I still get about 30 miles! It charges pretty fast as well. I haven’t tried charging the battery from zero % yet but usually charges from 30% to full in a couple hours. It also tells you how long is left to charge battery to full. One of my favorite things about this scooter is the suspension / super bright LED head light, It literally feels like my 13,000$ KTM dirt bikes suspension. I jump off curbs and it feels like landing on a memory foam bed. I love the Segway mobility app! They did a great job with the electronics and it lets you do so many cool things with it. The scooter has a sweet digital dashboard and with the app you can track distance, mileage, battery…many many more cool things. You can put a lock code on it, start it remotely, and have traction control. With much much more. The ninebot Max G3 scooter is by far best bang for your buck for a quality, dependable, fast scooter! It will not disappoint.

My 1st scooter was a segway gl30 which was pretty amazing for cruising. I recently got a G3 which has all the bells and whistles. The build quality is so premium. The lights are bright and there are lights everywhere. Integrated turn signal are very bright and the sounds are pleasing to the ears. The front and rear suspension are so plush. I find myself looking for rough roads just to erase them. I recently upgraded my motorcycle with fox suspension which are pothole erasers. The suspension on the G3 are not that plush but for a scooter, amazing. Plus the fox suspension cost most more than the G3 itself. I can ride until the G3 is dead because it's comfortable. I couldnt do the same on the GL30. The electronics are intuitive and easily to get to. The app is very good and makes connecting to the G3 is quick without connectivity problems. Now be very, very careful with unlocking the sport mode with top speed and boost. If you're not prepared, the G3 will take off without you. This mode is not for children or the elderly. Great thing they they have walk, eco, and drive modes in which you can set and customize speed limits. If you're getting this scooter for a teen, i highly suggest to set speed limts. I highly recommend the Segway G3. If I could buy it again, i would have bought it yesterday. If Segway hit a homerun with the GL30, and G2, they smashed a grand slam with the G3.

Unbelievable speed and strength enough to allow me reach to my destination in minutes on the hills of San Francisco. It climbs like a stallion but drains battery faster than Max G2. It consumes power faster than advertised. Build quality is superior but not as comfortable as Max G2 even though it has dual hydraulic suspension. I am in love with it anyways because I can easily stow it in my can trunk. I highly recommend.

It is great for everyone and offers excellent flexibility for your work. It is very convenient to store in your car, and it performs excellently. All in all, it is an outstanding scooter.

I have put in over 120 miles on the G3 since I purchases 2 weeks ago. Not a single complaint. The G3 has performed flawlessly. My range has been slightly less than advertised but I am also 200lbs. The G3 has no issues propelling me down the road at maximum listed speeds. 5/5 Fun factor. Definitely take a couple of hours of riding before unlocking some of the additional performance. This can be a beginner scooter but quickly advances to intermediate with a couple of changes in the app. I like the FindMy and anti-theft features. Charging is super fast. Looking forward to additional battery capacity in the future.

This things is a beast! It has a lot of power and rides super smooth. I rarely ride out of the highest mode. I’m a 165lb male, I usually receive just under 20miles on a charge. I have had the segway electric scooter e45 and going from that to this is just incomparable! The suspension is like floating in a cloud! The stability feels the safest! The custom sounds that you can upload to the scooter itself is fun and silly! Haha! Ive yet to run out of battery and when I feel like im needing more range, i just go down to ECO and enjoy the smoothest cruise control ride ever! Ive used the boost mode in steep hills and its just unbeatable!!
