Q: Is the pocket mop head warble to be washed in my washer?
A: Absolutely... You can wash it by hand or with the washer machine
A: The pads are rectangular and they slip on over the steamer base. The ends of the pad that you use to slip on have secure corner edges and the final secure system is strong velcro. They have worked great as I use mine often and wash pad after each use.
Q: Is this item safe for laminate flooring?

Q: Where do you get replacement pads for this steam mop?
A: On Amazon, but they don't appear to be Shark brand. I can no longer find them in stores.
Q: If my floor is really dirty, how will this machine sanitize my floor
A: You may have to clean the same area several times, along with changing out clean mop heads. It seems to peel away the gunk layer by layer. I had to on my entryway.
Q: can this model be used on tile floors
A: I had it on high setting, with the scrubber pad on my tile floors and it worked very well.
Q: Does this allow you to use chemicals such as deodorizing oil or orange based cleaners?
A: no you can't use anything with this mop except cold water.
