This cleaner does not clean for me. I've been working with Shark since my purchase, still to no avail of it being able to actually clean. After maybe 4 sweeps forward and back, it is totally clogged above the roller and you can't reach the area to clean it out. The cleaner is supposed to cut pet hair as it's vacuumed but this model is definitely not cutting any hair but clogging it instead. They sent another power head which even came without the front soft roller, so in my mind it was definitely a rebuild, since it is missing the roller, which is worse than the original one. I've not been able to clean with it since my purchase about 1 1/2 months ago. Such a waste of my money. I'm still waiting for them to help, but so far the help is of no help.

Purchased less than 30 days ago, it’s 100 cheaper and BB will not honor price match. Actually my last 3 purchases were less than 30 days ago, all 3 have gone down in price and only purchase of 4 days ago would they price match. I don’t recommend this store
