Customers have good things to say about the vacuum's impressive cleaning performance, powerful suction, and efficient navigation system. Users also appreciate how easy the device is to set up and its quiet operation during use. While the overall experience is positive, some customers noted that the app functionality is quite basic and that the unit can struggle with obstacle avoidance or battery longevity. Additionally, a few users mentioned that the physical size of the vacuum is larger than other models they have owned.
The NeverTouch Base automatically empties debris, refills the water tank, and washes and dries the mop for up to 30 days. It also features HEPA filtration and an Anti-Allergen Seal to capture dust and allergens.
This Robot is primed for powerful, whole-home performance on both carpets and hard floors.
Sonic Mopping scrubs hard floors up to 100 times per minute with the antimicrobial mop. You can also easily mark any carpeted areas in the SharkClean app to ensure they are designated vacuum-only zones.
Edge Detect uses blasts of air and corner recognition to pull debris into the cleaning path and remove it from surfaces.
360° LiDAR vision quickly and accurately maps your home so your Robot can methodically clean—detecting and avoiding objects in its path and adapting to everyday changes in the home.
This allows your Robot to glide over obstacles and high thresholds, keeping the path clean and the mop away from rugs and carpets.
Customize your cleaning experience with the SharkClean app. With our advanced navigation technology and precision mapping, you can set no-go zones, schedule sessions, & control it all through Amazon Alexa and Google Voice.
Digs deep into carpets and directly engages hardwood floors, pulling up debris, hair, and dirt from all surfaces in your home. It’s engineered to pick up more hair and is anti-hair wrap.
With powerful suction, sonic mopping, and Shark’s Self-Cleaning Brushroll, this Robot picks up pet hair and messes with ease.
