excellent Recommended item 100% I loved it, very good price, super easy installation

We liked our product. Husband has problem with "Discs" in neck. It helped. The third time we used it however, it split on the side and thousands of small balls went everywhere. We called but issue was never satisfied. We now just still have the box, and the product sits on back shelf. Disappointed they did not stand behind what was otherwise a really good product :(

I've used this heating pad for about 1.5 yr. There has never been a melting, stretching etc. It maintains warmth for 45 minutes after nuking for 1.30 sec, Moist heat BEST. My chiropractor told me this many years ago. He is right. The filling is good. There is no rice, millet, etc. because they get moldy. Not good at all.

Great product from Sharper image with cold and hot feature. It is easy to use and helps take care of sore muscles. I like that you can warp it around your neck or other body parts.

This was nothing special. It does the job but the heat doesn't last very long. I havent' tried it with cold yet but I can't imagine it's much better. The material has already stretched, even though I'm very delicate with it. So the beads don't sit where I want it to. They all shift to one side leaving parts of it just empty without beads and therefore without heat. When I'm using it around my neck/shoulders which is where I need it the most, the Velcro is very annoying, grasping onto my clothes and ruining material on my sweaters. This is a basic heating/cooling pad. you'll need to reheat and re-cool often. I thought this was electric when I first bought it based on the images. I should have read more carefully because if I knew I would have to get up every 20 minutes to pop this back in the microwave, I wouldn't have bought it.

I alternate between electric heating pad and moist heat. Overall I think the moist heat helps my pain better
