Purchased this particular model because it was smaller than one previously purchased. This is lightweight and massager is stronger than expected. Fits comfortably in recliner and a perfect fit for a 5' 4" person. Massages lower back perfectly. I like it because there is not so many buttons to push. I would purchase this item again.

Plain and simple, my sweet but picky mother (84), you know the kind that just does not want you to spend any money on her actually uses it for her back pain! She loves it!!! The wired controller is easy for her to use due to having visual indicators for heat/massage and where the massage will come from!

I purchased this for my son-in-law, who spends most of his work day sitting at his desk, and he loved it! The only problems is that the heat and massage can lull you to sleep!

This massager is more of a 4.5 rating but the massage is a little rough in spots, depending on your size.. But does allow for targeted massages in spots needed on your back.. The heat is also really nice as well... The timer is a nice feature as well

Nice if you need a deep massage, but if your back is sensitive then I would be careful.

Great product! I like that it has settings allowing you to focus on certain section of your back. Save me trips to seek massage therapy that costs $100. Would definitely recommend

Honestly, this massager is a great investment. In person massages are way more expensive and sometimes the experience can be inconsistent/unpleasant. This massager is convenient, cost effective, and consistently works out knots in my back and shoulders without me leaving the house. My dad came over and tried it after a 6 hour flight and he loved it so I literally bought one for him for Father’s Day. It’s worth it.

It won’t replace a traditional massage but, for the price of one session, it’s great to have. I’m 6’2” so, I have it adjust to get my entire back but, it reaches spots that my handheld massager can’t reach. It is intense at first, so take breaks until you get used to it.

Makes me feel good after a long day. Took a week to work out stiff back. Use it everyday

My wife is in love with this thing. I got it for her because she works from home and sits in a chair that kills her shoulder blades. This thing has made it alot it a better day after work. I would suggest this to anyone for sure.
