A: Hello - Thank you for asking. To change the levels: To power on the massager, press and hold the power button. To power off the massager, press and hold the power button again. Quick press the timer button after compression starts, pressing the timer button to increase the massage timers (add 10mins, 20mins, return to initial time). Press the mode button to cycle through the 5 massage modes. • Pulse (default) – all zones compress and then decompress • Gradual – zones each compress sequentially and then all zones decompress • Sequence – zones each compress and decompress sequentially • Zones – select up to 5 zones for targeted pulse massage • Manual – select up to 5 zones and manually adjust compression. In zones mode or manual mode, make your compression area choices using the up, down and select buttons. After all mode selections have been made, press and hold the select button to start your massage. Quick press the compression button to cycle through the 5 compression levels. Quick press the power button during a massage to begin decompression.The massager will automatically power off after 3 minutes and the boots will be fully decompressed.
