[Employee of bestbuy] I use this product when I feel knotts in my neck. The heat is a nice touch because I am cold all the time. There are a few different patterns the massage rollers will go. I recommend purchasing and testing out yourself.

It works ok but really only able to keep in one spot due to the rigid u shape. Would love to be able to move around the neck and back a little easier.

Got this because wife wanted it. Have had a few of these over the years. She says its the best one so far and uses it a couple times a week over the past month. Gets warm enough and she likes it, so we are keeping it.
