Pretty nice fit and ear stress. It is great for music listening however to get a call or hugn a call there has been time where if you don't have your phone handy or simply unable to this of botton won't work and you will miss that. And just forget about getting an incomeing call while in one it won't do it.

Product is great! Customer service was unbelievably horrible. FYI- if you buy this product on the Shokz website, premium is large, mini is small. When you buy them at this store, they are two separate SKUs and items. I bought my husband the minis at a Christmas sale. They didn’t fit right. He took them back in to the store to exchange for the larger size a couple of days after Christmas. He was told that because they are different SKU numbers, he couldn’t exchange it. So he returned them and tried to buy the larger size for the price they were at Christmas. He was told they could only honor the price if they were the same item, but because they are in the Best Buy system incorrectly, they wouldn’t honor the sale. They also couldn’t return the ones to him that he returned for the exchange. So his one Christmas present that I saved for was gone, he got no replacement, and the store manager was absolutely RUDE. He left upset and embarrassed, since she treated him like he was stupid for “not understanding,” even though he was trying to explain that pro premium and pro mini were only size differences- nothing else is different. He left and called Best Buy customer support and was told it would have been simple for the manager to override and that she should have just done it, but they couldn’t on the phone. Now is has nothing, doesn’t want to go in his favorite store, and we both have a bad taste in our mouth. My advice: the Openrun Pros are totally worth it and awesome- but DO NOT buy them at Best Buy until they fix the issue with the SKU numbers. We will be purchasing these again, when they go on sale again- probably from somewhere else.

Well. This is the 3rd pair that stopped working. They will not charge or work in any way. I hesitate to buy another. But I work at stadiums where it can be very loud sometimes. In order to here instructions and ask ? These have been wonderful. Bu at 100. 00 each IDK?

Started intermittent connection problems after 2 months. After 4 months left side won’t charge. Right side won’t connect. Tried all internet fixes including YouTube videos. Same result on all 4 iDevices. Blu-tooth headphones from Bose, Sony, and others working perfectly for years.

Bought for small ear user. Within 2 days the left earpiece stopped working. They did stay on the ears. We took them back and bought AirPods. Best Buy was very helpful.

We then ask that you reset your Shokz. To factory reset your Shokz OpenFit 2+ earbuds, place both earbuds into the charging case and leave the lid open. Press and hold the button inside the case for about 15 seconds, until the indicator light flashes orange or red/green, indicating the reset is complete and pairing mode is active.
If the issue persists, we have a two-year warranty on all Shokz, we'd be happy to assist you in filing a warranty claim so you can receive a replacement pair! Please contact our Customer Happiness Team so we can assist you further or visit our website directly to submit a warranty claim. Thank you!

Unfortunately not for me you cannot use voice commands unless your phone is right next to you. I’m spoiled by my beats. I wanted an open ear bud but this is not user friendly. I wish beats made one like this.

To have voice commands or assistants (Siri/Google Assistant) read information through your Shokz OpenFit 2+, activate the assistant by long-pressing the touch area on either earbud, then give your voice command. Ensure the voice assistant is enabled within the Shokz App gesture settings and that your phone's accessibility/text-to-speech settings are configured to read notifications aloud. The flexible ear hook should curl naturally behind the ear, while the transducer sits comfortably just outside the ear canal, allowing for stability without pressure. They don't fit the shape of the ear; when I go out for a run or exercise, they fall off, so I'm not very happy with the purchase!

To turn off the Shokz OpenFit 2+ earbuds, place both earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid, which automatically powers them down and initiates charging. If not in the case, they will enter a low-power standby mode after 3 minutes of disconnection and turn off automatically after 4 hours. These headphones are so overpriced that they just put whoever set the price in jail. The sound is ok at best and the fit sucks.

There is also a phone setting that may resolve the low volume issue. -On the iPhone, go to Settings > Sound & Haptics > Headphone Safety, make sure that the Reduce Loud Audio Feature is switched off as this will affect the volume of the headphone. -On an Android, go to the Bluetooth Settings on the phone, find the headphone and make sure that the Absolute Volume feature is switched on for it. When I first got the Pro mini - I thought the sound was not as good as the Pro - but now I'm thinking that I was given a defective one. I purchased the mini on 3/11/2023 and it was sounding like an old 80s wired headset with a loose wire by 7/13/2023. Luckily there is 2-year warranty, but it's incredibly inconvenient that this is happening days before the trip for which they were purchased. I'm incredibly disappointed that it's only been a few months of light use. I will update and add to my review the return/exchange process through Shokz. I wasn't able to add this purchase on my Best Buy portal either even with the information being entered directly from the Best Buy receipt - so that was weird too.

The sample model in the store worked fine but when I opened the package the earpieces didn’t press firmly against my ears. I wore them on a bus and had them on highest volume and still couldn’t hear my music over other passengers. I got very little sound unless I physically pressed them against my head, which isn’t an option. They’re not adjustable so there’s nothing to do but return them.
