Questions & Answers
I know that shokz offers only 1 year warranty for refurbished products. But an open-box is different and not refurbished. I wanted to confirm if this applies for 2-year warranty form the date of purchase like a new product?
Answered by ShokzHello- Shokz here! Open-box Shokz products generally qualify for the full 2-year manufacturer warranty, provided they are purchased from an authorized retailer and include the original proof of purchase.
