I love the fit and the sound of the mini. It is sooo comfortable!!! BUT, not all the functions are not working. I can't rewind or dial last number dialed. This unit replaces my 3 year old Shokz bone conductor which I wore everyday for 3 years. I wore it constantly, all my waking hours, sweating, exercising, driving, working...and it only just started showing wear and the rewind feature just stopped working. The new unit charges fast and holds the charge for days. I will try to exchange this unit.

The sound and functionality is good, however, it gets hot and gives me a headache after 1 hour +. I would have returned them if i could but by the time i found out they are the source of the headaches, return window closed.

The sound on these is great. I run and wore these for a while but after about 30 minutes, the point where the little ball on the back is pressing against my ear/head starts aching.

Great sound quality. The BEST Bluetooth headset on the planet. No headset or ear buds/pods work for my ears. So very sad and disappointed they stopped operating after 12 months ! But I do see they are warranties for 2 years so here’s hoping for a no hassle replacement. Gave connectivity a one Beach use the power and/or connectivity has a fault.

Many people swear by these headphones which encouraged me to pick up a pair, but either I got a bad unit or they're simply not for me. For headphones branded as "run" headphones, the audio gives out and starts buzzing something awful with even the smallest amount of sweat/moisture, leaving me with poor audio for the majority of my workouts, and has to be left to dry out for hours before they sound decent again. After about 4 months of use, the right earpiece gave out completely. Interesting concept but not really worth this price point when you can find more durable traditional headphones for the same price.

Bought a new pair. Put them on full volume to cut the front yard and when lawn mower started, I could not hear any music. I realize it lays on the ear but it allows too much outside noise that drowns out the music. I returned mine.

I bought the black version, I was really into it but had to return it because the hook did not fit to one of my ears and it was loose, so it failed to send to sound to my ear.

To much base and vibration makes my ears itch and uncomfortable

Sound quality is terrible. I could hear anything unless i was wearing ear plugs, which kind of defeat the purpose of them

I really wanted to like these. I love the concept of bone conduction and being able to hear your environment. But the sound quality is truly so bad compared to normal headphones or earbuds. It sounds worse than dollar store earbuds. I get that it’s completely different, but for me the trade off is not worth it. You can also feel the vibration on your skin at higher volumes, which I did not like. Ended up returning these

They are okay. If your using them in a semi quiet room they are great but lound environments, screaming kids anything like that u wont hear a thing with them all the way up. Comfort wise over time of long wear it foes hurt my ears due to the weight feom the back being pulled down from gravity. I wish they were adjustable as the band goes so i could get it to not pull my ears. Overall for long wear its a no. Loud places no. For time to time use and confrance calls or phone calls ot works great.

It’s not good to talk with it. They have problems hearing it breaks up the conversation.

Gives me strong head aches. I made sure i was hydrated and tested against other bluetooth devices and for some reason this one gives me a head ache and not just a small one. It makes my head throb and im talking about the one on my shoulders so no bueno.

Bought this a little more than a year ago. Now only one side works.

OInly had them for maybe 4 weeks and they are already skipping like they are having bluetooth issues and crackling like they are straining against tbe sound, not to mention the battery only lasts like 4 hours when its supposed to be like 10. Not worth almost 200 bucks

When im talking at times i hear voices that go through the reception like another person is in my conversation

Nothing really new. Reminds me of 90s sony walkman headphones.

Will be returning. I don't like the way it fits "on" my ear. It caused irritation on the outside of my ear.

It okay. Not the best won’t work great in every environment

Sound quality for the money makes zero sense. Listening to music at the gym was nearly impossible unless the volume was up all the way then you can’t hear the person you are working out with. I feel the first generation regular ones worked better than the pros. I also have a smaller head so these were still too big and would fall off easily. I did also forget to turn them off because you have to physically shut them off when done which was not convenient.
