The product is amazing I give it 5 Stars. The audio is perfect and I got used to the less bass. It really helps with my tinitis. I am a nurse in an ER and can wear these and still hear alarms and my patients with these on. They are amazing. The 1 star if for the horrible return/price drop policy. I purchased these on June 18th 179.99 and yesterday I noted that they were cheaper 124.95. I called support and they are unwilling to match their one price drop. They will not tell me when the price dropped because it might have dropped in the ridiculous 15 day return period. They states that after 15 days you can not return it and you aren't eligible for price math either. My issue is if they dropped the price within those 15 days they should honor the price match. I can't log into Best Buy daily to check if prices dropped. I only noticed this because I was recommending them to a coworker and noticed the lower price of $55 lower. I feel they should honor their own lowered price. I have used Best Buy for years since they opened. I have spent approx $5000 in the last year alone, They have lost my business over this small issue.

i know several peeps who bought, i got a great deal on black friday, not sure if i got a bad set maybe? i tried to pair with iphone and they don't play well. no bass, very quiet. was hoping to save wear and tear on my other ear buds, but these arent cutting it, plus they just don't hold a charge. every time i grab them to give them another shot, they need to be charged.

I loved the sound quality and feel of them but after only 20 minutes of use I got horrible vertigo. It took all night for it to go away. I tried them the next night and same thing. Beware for anyone who is prone to vertigo this will cause it.

Unit boasts a 10 hour battery life. I purchased this unit 2 months ago to replace my beloved LG tones. I work 10 hour shifts and purchased this unit based on battery life. I get 6 hours tops. Even worse the Bluetooth audio playback skips and studders. My LG tones never did this. Ive reset the device and even cleared the cache on the app. No resolve. After a month of use the left "speaker" has started buzzing on certain bass notes. The proprietary charge connector should've resulted in me returning them immediately but i kept them to see if they wore worth the hype. Plain answer is no. If you only plan to use your headset 6 hours a day go for it. If your ok with carrying the magnetic charge cable with you everyday. Go for it. If you don't like these options, look into other headsets. Will not be buying another set of these

Currently own a pair of shokz titanium. Bought these hoping for upgrade. Honestly can’t tell much difference. Not enough to spend $179.99. I returned them. No issues at all, maybe slightly more comfortable but sound wise- was not impressed.

When I tried these in the store, they seemed to have good volume, decent base, and were comfortable and easy to wear. When I got them home and charged up, the sound was tinny and weak. At maximum volume it was still what I would consider "usable" volume, but the distortion was notable and ruined the sound quality. No matter how I positioned them or attempted to adjust them (I don't think these are actually adjustable at all), the sound quality was only made worse regardless of what I did. I paid nearly $200 for these and they have the same sound quality as a $30 pair of wired ear buds. Not worth it.

Hi Jim- Shokz here! We're sorry to hear this has been your experience. We highly recommend upgrading to the latest firmware version via the Shokz app for the best experience with your OpenRun Pro 2. There is also a phone setting that may resolve the low volume issue. -On the iPhone, go to Settings > Sound & Haptics > Headphone Safety, make sure that the Reduce Loud Audio Feature is switched off as this will affect the volume of the headphone. -On an Android, go to the Bluetooth Settings on the phone, find the headphone and make sure that the Absolute Volume feature is switched on for it. If you decide these are not a good fit for you, we have a 45-day return window. Please visit our website, click "Support" and "Return Center" to begin a claim. Thank you!

Microphone doesn’t work well. Can’t use at any speed because the microphone is on the front and picks up all the wind noise. Sound quality is tolerable. Connectivity is unstable. Will disconnect and reconnect at random. Great idea however it need improvement.

Akward wear. Definitely only use is when running, cycling, or activities where the back of your head doesn’t rest against something. Not comfortable to wear at home in rest/relaxation activities

Can't give a real review on the actual product but as for the service at Best buy it's terrible. I first ordered this item on March 10th and was supposed to be delivered by March 13th which was fine but March 13th came I receive a text message mind you this is the day before my wife's 40th birthday text message read product delayed won't receive it till March 18th contact Best buy can't do nothing would not take responsibility and normally these delays don't bug me but I ordered it from here because it said specifically I would receive it within time frame I needed it and now I got to scramble the day before my wife's birthday because that's how long it took him to tell me that they had sold me a product that they didn't have in stock so they had to order directly from manufacture and it was not their fault.

Fits very well but when you put them in high volume it vibrates to much.

Hi Roberto- Shokz here! We're sorry to hear this has been your experience. The Shokz OpenRun Pro uses bone conduction, which means it vibrates your cheekbones to transmit sound. While this is normal for bone conduction headphones, the OpenRun Pro has been designed to minimize vibrations, particularly for low frequencies. If you're experiencing excessive vibrations, we'd suggest a manual reset of the headphones. If the reset doesn't resolve the issues, all Shokz come with a 2-year warranty. Please reach out to us if you need further assistance. Thank you!

Bass level: Zero. They were comfortable and secure, but absolutely zero bass in the sound

My old pair of Shokz headphones died and I upgraded to this pair. Unfortunately, the speakers are poor, the Bluetooth is extremely laggy with my iPhone and the microphone is muffled. Customer service with Shokz has been poor at best. I cannot recommend these any longer. I have tried everything to increase the volume with no luck. My biggest issue is talking and dictating when it misses the beginning of almost every sentence. It duplicates words if I dictate. I feel like it would be better to just type which is not the point of the hands-free headset. If you want to listen to music on these, you’ll be fine. However, these are not for working.

old tech charging cable and unique one so that you cannot use regular cable or charge wirelessly. You will have to carry its own wire everywhere, I do not recommend the product

Very difficult to hear in any type of noisy environment. No support for voice assistants such as Siri or Alexa . Can become uncomfortable after a few hours. Fit is difficult to maintain, can be fussy. Over all they are an interesting option with a much needed technology in today’s crowded headphone centric world. We really do need another option instead of the earbud or over ear headphone. It would definitely be a safer environment for many. Can’t wait to see version 3 or 4 if they can stay alive.

Contrary to what you may have read online elsewhere, I will tell you these are in no way even a moderate solution for deafening tinnitus. You can absolutely hear the sound as it conducts through your skull. But it isn’t clear or bright enough to sublimate existing noises or tones. I believed hype I read online that these would be a workaround for those afflicted with deafening tinnitus. That is unfortunately wrong.

Horrible, product. Everything in the background is amplified. This item is too expensive for the quality. Do not buy, I returned them.

I’m very disappointed in these considering the cheaper ones worked way better. Ppl can never hear me unless I have my phone close to my mouth. What’s the whole point of them if I can’t talk hands free?! Sounds far away too. Noise cancellation is false. These suck.

I bought a pair of after shokz about 2yrs ago and fell in love with them. I stopped getting a full workday's charge so I bought a brand new pair. These are supposed to last 10hrs. Ive had these for under 4 weeks and today (3/1/24) I have to charge them at a few minutes under 8hrs. I listen to audiobooks at work. I'm going to try a new power brick and see if that makes a diff.
