This nugget ice maker has turned my kitchen into a mini drink bar. The first time I used it, I was skeptical that it could really make ice that quickly, but within ten minutes the bin was full of that soft, crunchy ice you only ever get at restaurants. Now I find myself using it constantly—morning iced coffee, afternoon sodas, even tossing a handful into my water bottle before heading to work. It keeps up effortlessly, making enough ice for the whole family and then some. What surprised me most was how quiet it is. It hums gently in the background, more like a white noise machine than an appliance. The design makes everything easy: the removable basket means no awkward scooping, and the pull-out tank keeps refilling from turning into a splashy mess. I hit the self-cleaning button once a week, and it does the rest while I go about my day. It’s rare for a kitchen gadget to feel this low-maintenance and this useful. Every time I hear it start up, I know there’s fresh nugget ice waiting—cold, chewable, and oddly satisfying every single time.

Works really well keeps ice in the machine as long as you keep it running. I love the blue light If you have a large famiky or use a lot of ice you would need anothr bugger ice maker. Its good for individual use. I gave 4 stars for overall only because it has to keep running to keep ice in the machine. I would definitely buy again.

It makes very cold and fast cooling nugget ice and does it quickly. Other than being a little on the noisy side it works great.

Made ice really quickly only reason for the 4 stars is you have to remove the ice once it is made as it will start melting in the drawer

My ice maker on refrigerator broke. It was way cheaper to buy this ice machine and I'm so glad I did. The ice is nice, soft little nuggets like several chain restaurants. 1000% recommend

I wish I could give it a better rating, I truly do. This unit showed promise the first 2-3 days of use, it makes perfect crunchy little ice bits. But that is the only positive thing. First, the unit is not insulated so you have to constantly dump your ice into a larger bin and store in freezer. Otherwise it melts very fast and you’re left with more of a slush. Second and most impactful was the SHIPPER and SELLER from Best Buy marketplace (website) only has a 14 day return policy. Which is standard for some things, but 16 days into use and the machine started to make this very loud grinding and squealing sound. So I could not return the item…. It can only be operated for about 10-12 minutes before it begins it’s the issue, making it a worthless purchase. Don’t buy this machine, sure it’s an affordable option but just spend the money and get an insulted properly crafted machine.

Just put water in it waiting for ice,compact works great for counter space

After about 2 month of use. it started having a loud squeaky Sounds like the wheels are stuck and unable to turn.

I loved this when it was working. Only had it for 4 months and it just makes ice when it wants.

Just recently bought this for my house so far my wife and I have loved it, makes a lot of ice such an easy product to use and perfect for the summer time.
