It's a good game if you want to play Sonics games from the Genesis and GameGear. The rerverseable cover is super awesome too. Would recommend

Everybody knows the classic games were difficult. Thank god Sega pulled through with a new system that doesn’t use lives, instead you have infinite lives and can find coins around each game. This game actually makes the first few games TOLERABLE making it easier for dum dums like me to progress. Oh and it has a museum with all the music which is cool.

This game is great. I love that it has the classic versions as well as some updated content. A real blast to play.

I got this for my friends kids and they love it. They only want to play the sonic and knuckles racing part of the game. They don't need to unlock anything to just start racing. Happy I got it for them. they enjoy it very much. it is simple to play and fun.

The game is great! It will be perfect for fans of the old games. It makes them look and feel as good as I remember them being. The additional missions are a great inclusion. Hardcore fans may have minor grips regarding options, but I'm very happy with this collection of games and rhe included art book.

It's could be better, and the replaced music in Sonic 3 is a shame (and poorly made) but if you've never played the original Sonic games, you wouldn't know the difference anyway. It's a great introduction to the series, and it's nice to have all the original games in the same place. And the physical version comes with a nice artbook!

Absolutely love being able to play the old Sega Genesis games and the GameGear games are an added bonus, but huge disappointment that they didn’t include Sonic 3d Blast or Mean Bean Machine. Weird to have a full collection of classic games that doesnt include all of the games.

The games are fun, and Amy is really fun to play as well. Unfortunately, there are things lacking that makes this more of a money grab. 1- There should have been proper level/character select for sonic 1, 2, and CD. Sonic 3 had it in the 90's, sonic Mania has it, so i dont understand why its not here. 2- Metal sonic should have been playable. Sonic Mania plus added 2 characters. Mighty and Ray. This game shoukd hsve added 2 as well. Amy and Metal. I know they say that they added knuckles in CD which counts, and although cool, this is an extra $40 ontop of the $4(5) we spent last year for base game. The added GameGear games play horribly. I dont know why they bothered considering the main games have problems. When developed, the individual games were in a better state than what we got, but Sega ruined things in the conversion) Im super happy they did this collection, but they were very greedy.

So i purchase this collection causs i love Sonic! If u grew up on Sonic or love older retro games i highly reccomend this! Controls are very fluid abd they even added new stuff like the adorable Amy as a playable charecter! Great value and many games fir your dollar imo!

Overall it is a reallt fun game The game writers did a really good job and it reminds me of playing sonic when i was a kid. Definitely one of my new favorite games.

Fun game, a lot of cool variations of the original like a mode where you can fight just the bosses of each level.
