This controller is too pricey for the issues Im having with it! Stick drift already (I JUST started using it February 10th even though I bought it back in December). The stick caps CONTINUOUSLY pop off. Im a gamer but due to work obligations I only get a few hours a day, so its not like Ive been over playing and wore down the caps. I returned the controller after two days. Normally I use an Xbox Elite controller for PC gaming, but thought I’d try the PS5 equivalent since it was on sale. I had a lot of complaints, but mostly 2 major issues. One was Bluetooth interference. I use Bluetooth to connect my wireless headset. This controller also connects via Bluetooth. When you turn the controller on the headset audio oscillates between normal audio and no audio about every 3 seconds. Every Bluetooth headset and earbuds I own were affected this way. I’ve never experienced Bluetooth interference like this before with any devices. I even bought another Bluetooth adapter thinking maybe the one I had was too cheap or old but the exact same things happened with the new one. Second biggest problem was the controller wants to go to sleep if you let it sit for about 60 seconds without input. So if you’re playing a game and maybe hiding in a bush for a bit while you’re healing or waiting for a group of enemies to pass, the controller goes to sleep and you have to wake it back up and wait for it to connect before you can move again. I also play Roblox with my kids on PC sometimes and this controller does not work at all with Roblox without downloading weird software and mapping the controller.

Controller had bad stick drift off the bat then the customer service personnel made me use my pricy protection plan even though I was given a bad product to start with. . . Dual sense edge is good though

This controller doesn't work for Forza Horizon and Xbox games.

Really short battery life. Had to return. Should be better

The controller was in excellent condition. I bought it used under the excellent status. It was missing parts. Took it back and the store manager I dealt with was incompetent. Told me that when you purchase something in excellent it only pertains to the item not the extra parts. Showed him the website and showed him it included parts and accessories but he still wouldn't agree. Returned it and bought it at Gamestop.

worse controller ever don’t buy i got 5 because i had to return 3 of them because they would get stick drift less then a week and i got them from target to and same-thing not worth the money on target i went though 5 or more because of stick drift

it got missed up really quick I didnt like it my son used it for couple month and it got missed up had to buy him another one

Legit after maybe 50 hours of use in less than one month the buttons are sticking and specifically the 0 button is not registering always. Mind you I dont eat and play or extremely dirty, just a weekend warrior gamer. I have had controllers for years with no issues and want to upgrade and get something worse for more money???

The controller arrived in very poor condition—bad service.

battery dies within two hours or less. Way better options out there

What type of person actually wants to play claw. If i want to play an fps game i want 4 paddles. Not 2.

Box said excellent condition but came with no cord also the controller was really scuffed return it for a different one and same thing happened

Do not like the fit of it in my hands. I ended up giving it to a friend for free.

I preordered this... it said it's being prepared.. i called the store to see what the situation was.. It's after work late, and it's snowing now.. call was outsourced to india... going forward, i said you're asking me a lot of questions. Isn't this the store.. he said no.. go pick it up!... i drove to Best Buy in the snow.. they said... "It's a delay, and we'll contact you when it's ready!".. this is the final straw.. im done doing business here!

I bought the white version when it first came out. The controller works just fine, but the major reason to buy it is because you can replace the sticks. Sony quit selling them right after they released the controller, meaning you can't replace them if they go bad. Why pay three times as much for a controller?
