Only lasted 5 months. Both charging slots have failed. The incredibly weak metal they used for the controller contact points has snapped off. I will try to warranty it but unless they’ve made a revision since this, it’s just going to happen again. There wasn’t any way to guide the controllers onto the stand very well.

The front charging port broke after 4 months. The one pin that makes contact broke off and is inside the charger. You can see where it broke as the pins are copper colored and where it broke off is bright silver now.

Did not last 6 months. Started charging slowly then stopped charging any controller. Went back to just charging via USB-C and a powered hub. Maybe I just got unlucky.

Best Buy used a 3rd party delivery service called "Roadie". The driver marked my package as delivered and used a fake photo of a generic white door with a box marked "Perishables, Meat". I reverse image search his photo and traced it back to a small business that sells organic dog foods. I'm still waiting on Best Buy to correct this. Roadie are theives and shady in every way you can imagine. I don't understand why Best Buy can't just use a reputable shipping company even if you have to charge me for the shipping so be it.

I have yet to receive my item so this is what I already feel so distraught due to this was going to be for my nephew birthday who has autism and I love and care so much.

I’ve only had this charging station since late October and already it stopped charging my controllers, gonna take it back to the store and exchange.

Worked absolutely fantastic for about six months and then the front charging dock stopped working. I definitely expected more than six months of use out of it which is why I'm giving it one star. Very disappointed.

I bought the charger when I bought my new PS5.And only now the charger is only half working meaning.Only one of the slots to charge my controllers are working

these days, you can find better options that doesn't have power bricks on the cord. come on Sony, you can do better.

I was charged for an additional item that I never requested, nor did I receive it! This cost me ~$65!

Bought this item right after Thanksgiving and it stopped charging by Mid January, right after the return window closed. Buy an extended warranty for this product as you will have to replace within first few months.

Worst charger ever. Front port don’t work. From day 1 it no good.

The metal prongs that connect to the controller are very delicate and can get disconnected and get stuck very easily. Happened to me within 2 weeks of buying the product. Very cheaply made and clearly a product that Sony wants customers to have to buy and replace over and over.

Nice charger but does not seem to charge well it blinks like it’s charging and controller dead in few hours . Plug controller in with cord and lasts all day

The function of this item is simple and effective when it works. When i got my item one of the charging ports didnt work. I'm unfortunate enough to have realized this after I was able to return it.

After 2 months it barely picks up a charge on it anymore. I can put my controller on the charger and leave it on it for hours and it will barely be charged will only have maybe a bar or just flat out not charged.

Broken on arrival. I was busy and wasn't able to return it with best buys dumb 15 day return policy. Just buy from Amazon. 39 day returns.

Stopped working less than 4 months later. It now no longer charges our controllers and is totally worthless.

Controller’s do not automatically stay in place, you must ensure they are perfectly placed prior to receiving a charge.
