Spent about $2k on the GE Profile Washer Dryer Stack w/ delivery & installation on 7/3 with a delivery/install date of 7/7. They showed up on 7/7 without the mounting kit and rescheduled the install/delivery for 7/12. They did not call or show up on 7/12, so I drove about 15mi to the Dewitt, NY store and rescheduled the install/delivery for 7/17. On 7/17 they again showed up without the mounting kit but left the washer & dryer units and said they would return by the end of the day with the mounting kit and install the units. They never showed up, so I had to drive back to the store, pick up the mounting kit and went home to install them myself. Complete incompetence all around and a huge waste of my time, avoid Best Buy for appliances at all costs if you value your time!

This kit works well when it is delivered. Best Buy sent out three different contracted companies before the fourth group finally had the correct stacking kit. We cleared the laundry room and our schedules each time. No one ever claimed responsibility. We love our stacked Washer / Dryer in the small laundry room. The kit works, but the hassle to simply install it was ridiculous.

Did online ordering and curbside pickup due to being high risk. When opened item, it was broken. Was informed would have to return in store which I am not able to do at the moment. Would have appreciated an opportunity to return by mail as item was damaged and not simply unwanted.
