Install was sone incorrectly. The shipping bolts were not removed from the washer, the dryer fell off the washer the first and only time the washer was used. My wall is damaged! I can't speak with anyone who can speak English, and the last lady was SO rude. Its been over a week and still no one has come to repair the issue, bo compensation for the damaged wall. I Regret shopping with this company, and NEVER will again!

This purchase did not have to happen. It was bc of Best Buy's failure to include this part along with the exchange of my failed washer that was originally scheduled for May 2. And bc of this failure and subsequent failures on Best Buy part, this was scheduled and rescheduled more than once inconveniencing me for about a week.

The day that purchased this washer and dryer at the sterling store one of the team members helped me with the purchase and she added everything else without one piece which was required for installation and the day the installation team came they said that they cannot do it without that part. So they said that we will order it and schedule the installation again. At the mean time asked them to take the measurements and make sure that it fits. He got the measurements and confirmed that it will fit. So the next time another team came and they said that they are only here to deliver the kit and they cannot do the installation. The big unit was still in my living room for one week and I had to schedule another installation appointment. Geek squad and Best Buy are very unprofessional and they don’t communicate well with each other. I really had a bad experience with them in both appointments. Had to call customer support and stay on hold for up to an hour to schedule appointments.

I was astonished at the price for what these brackets are. They are 2 little brasses and a couple screws and they charge 50.00 way over priced should be included in price not additional fee for total tech members would be a good idea

Poor quality plastic and hardware. If it didn't fit perfectly wouldn't use it. Instructions are unclear. Do not tighten the screws beyond just attaching and make sure to hold the brace in place while you so.

Everything in the internet told me that this was the right stacking kit that I needed for the appliances I was buying. To be extra sure, I asked in the Q&A section using specific serial numbers and someone names Wally answered saying yes, this part works. Layer on, someone from Samsung said that the right bracket is the model SK-HD. I searched for it and found nothing. When the delivery came, the installers told me that it was the wrong stacking kit. They were very rude and made me feel stupid. Eventually I went to the store and they were much nicer there and helped me find the right one which was SK-DH

Came to home at 6:30am without making communication with customer, never left message on VM @ 6am call to customer never brought product into home to use/replace current stackig kit that was not balanced. Upon Tech's decision maintenanced leg on washer and stated that it was all that was needed, ran washer with no clothes (no weight) and stated spin cycle was fixed. When tech left home ran a load of laundry (weight) and spin cycle was still and noise was continual but much louder.

This is the absolute cheapest piece of trash uve ever dealt with regarding washer and dryers. Theres nothing but tiny screws that hold it in place. Which by the way, strip with the slightest force behind them. And trust me, as a career mechanic, i was not over tightening them

3rd party company damaged doors/walls during install. It took multiple trips, and last min reschedules (for which I left, or missed work) to finally complete delivery. Months later, I have yet to hear back from their claims department. Terrible svc, no follow-up and it’s almost impossible to get through to anyone who can help. I’ll never shop w/them again, this has been a complete nightmare.

very disappointed in this kit. This kit was the option given on the website for the washer/dryer set i purchased. It came with two sets of brackets to choose from depending on your model. Neither set of brackets fit. Fortunately, i was able to make one set work by drilling new holes in the brackets. System works well now that the problem was fixed.

I brought the kit for my washer and dryer stackable kit but it was missing all the screws. It has a small rip opening. The Sale rep did not even check to see if everything was in the box. He just hand it to me.
