Overall the item works if you get the full product. We ordered online and when we opened the box it was missing the screws / nut bag. We had scheduled deliver and installers who weren’t able to perform there job because of the faulty product. Best Buy also wouldn’t allow a return after 15 days which is such a short return window even for a faulty product.

We bought this along with the correct washer and dryer from Samsung to go with it. However when either machine gets really into it, it makes the other vibrate a lot and cause a lot of noise - so we will probably end up separating the units and discarding the adaptor.

I feel like the kit should hold the dryer better. The dryer still vibrates and shakes when washer is in spin cycle.

Is this supposed to stack offset? This makes the washer stick out past the closet door hinge... The box was half tape.. not sure if everything was there or went together correctly

It sucks that it mounts to the bottom of the dryer. You have to be careful that you do not break it when lifting the dryer on top of the washer. But it works.
