A: There is something I used in the past called StockDrops (I believe I found it on Twitter but Discord is the most popular) which tracks when exactly these go live, you get a phone notification. That's how the seasoned people did it. I eventually had to teach my mother so she could buy PC parts for my brother. Long story short, if you want to try to get one on a level playing field, that is my suggestion to you!
