I got this unit to replace my old one. This one is hands down the BEST window unit I've ever owned! It will freeze you to death in the best possible way. I went from keeping my window unit on the coldest setting all the time to having to actually cut this one off sometimes or have it cut up to 75 degrees. I didnt think I'd ever do that. Get this window unit and you will NOT regret it!

I did a store pick up. They loaded it in my car, when i got home I notice the box looked a little beat up. The unit was dropped or something. It was dented pretty bad. After talking to support they said i could return it which is an hour away from. Or if it works get compensated for the damages. I chose compensation since i would be wasting money on gas for another hour long trip and the unit seams to work ok. Waited a week for them to send my compensation. They sent it on a gift card and i tried using it and it would not work. After calling and waiting an hour to get through, i was told i have a defected gift card and would have to wait another week for a new one. Best buy sends out damaged product and defected things. Took me 2 hours just to get the wifi connected. I literally was just doing the same steps over and over again. And then it just finally worked. I never have worked so hard to get something connected to the internet.

This was easy to install and fots perfectly. Make sure the window is no smallwr than 26” or it definitely wont fit. This keep my 600sq ft apt very cool. The remote is super helpful and easy to use. I dont use the eco feature but it might be usedul for some. Its over 90 degrees outside and this is strong enough to keep inside cool. This is definitely a powerful a/c and im hoping it lasts a few summers.

Has been working non stop for past few days. Easy install and use. Only thing when setting up with phone you really have to hold the phone against the panel to get it to connect the first time. Otherwise has been a great product.

Got this to cool our open living/kitchen area and it does a great job. It’s almost if not as effective as a mini split for cooling. It’s a little loud but considering the power I’d say that is an OK tradeoff.

Works really well and cools a large space the only downside is the loud noise it makes while it's not even on.

Easy to install. Easier with 2 people. Works great cooling my kitchen, dining room and living room. Happy with my purchase.

These units have been amazing. I have 2 other different brands in my home and work maybe only half as good as these! They cool more square foot than they say!

bought a TLC window unit , it’s been extremely great. Cools down nicely and is SO quiet. I’m only buying them from now on.

This unit kept our whole living room cold when our main ac went out and it light enough for me to install it on the window by my self

I owned a TCL 10,000 btu smart air conditioner before this one. It had a bit different look (dual air direction vents). I dont think the blower pushes the cold air out nearly as good as my old one. You dont have alot of options for air direction as it is one long bar. It is loud & has had a squeal since day 1. Unfortunately I wasnt able to put it in my window right away & now I am past the return time. I definitely would have returned it.
