Small but mighty
I got this unit to replace my old one. This one is hands down the BEST window unit I've ever owned! It will freeze you to death in the best possible way. I went from keeping my window unit on the coldest setting all the time to having to actually cut this one off sometimes or have it cut up to 75 degrees. I didnt think I'd ever do that. Get this window unit and you will NOT regret it!

Be careful
I did a store pick up. They loaded it in my car, when i got home I notice the box looked a little beat up. The unit was dropped or something. It was dented pretty bad. After talking to support they said i could return it which is an hour away from. Or if it works get compensated for the damages. I chose compensation since i would be wasting money on gas for another hour long trip and the unit seams to work ok. Waited a week for them to send my compensation. They sent it on a gift card and i tried using it and it would not work. After calling and waiting an hour to get through, i was told i have a defected gift card and would have to wait another week for a new one. Best buy sends out damaged product and defected things. Took me 2 hours just to get the wifi connected. I literally was just doing the same steps over and over again. And then it just finally worked. I never have worked so hard to get something connected to the internet.

Works well
This was easy to install and fots perfectly. Make sure the window is no smallwr than 26” or it definitely wont fit. This keep my 600sq ft apt very cool. The remote is super helpful and easy to use. I dont use the eco feature but it might be usedul for some. Its over 90 degrees outside and this is strong enough to keep inside cool. This is definitely a powerful a/c and im hoping it lasts a few summers.
