The television is beautiful, as is the picture quality, but it's a shame they don't have good workmanship. Mine only lasted a week; the screen simply went dark and stopped working, so I exchanged it for an LG.

I went to Best Buy will full intentions of buying a Samsung I had picked out, the sales guy talked me into this one. Let me first say, i have nothing else plugged into it, no soundbar, cable box, nothing. I am unable to stream Disney app, then had no sound, I have spent 4 hours on the phone with TCL support doing factory resets and having them take me through every setting possible. What a waste of $600 if I have to reset the tv everytime I want to watch it. I would NOT recommend!!!!! And not exactly like I can return it easily, I had to make special arrangements just to pick it up so now Im VERY unfortunately stuck with it.

Terrible experience with this tv saying “not connected to wifi” while all of my other tvs have no issue and are farther from my internet connections. Do not buy!

Really not happy with it. The picture is not that good. Definitely not clear. It always looks fuzzy. Color is no where near as good as advertised. Actually wish I would have bought a different tv.

TV has issues that TCL can't fix and told me to return the item. However, when I called Bestbuy they told me I had to ship it and would NOT accept it in the store.

Loved the quality of the screen, very bold colors. Loved the remote which illuminates upon contact. Why aren’t all remotes made like this? Had to return it though. Did not like the google platform. And it turned out the HDMI ports were defective.

we bought then brought ours back to be returned to Best Buy. The promise of a crisp picture and colors was just not as expected. Each change in viewing resulted in re adjusting the settings you had previously set up.
