So I bought into this game after playing the original and not knowing anything about this entry. If you've played and enjoyed LEGO Worlds you'll likely really enjoy this game. Different from past LEGO games this entry takes a page from the sandbox genre where you explore and find items to build the world around you. This may sound similar to past games but this time your breaking down objects in the world to find unique blocks to unlock patterns to build new objects that you can freely place around the world. Once you've found the requisite number of each blocks you can advance the story and move to a new area. It's fun to play and nice to see TT Games test out some new gameplay methods. All around for this being a fun game with a $40 price tag I'm finding it pretty fun to play with my kids.

My son loved the movie and so I knew we had to try the game out. Even at 6 he is able to figure out the puzzles and enjoy the game. They make Lego games like no other and this game stays true to form. It is more of the same but for my son, its just fun continuing what he already enjoyed with the movie.

This is a fun game to play. The only bad thing I have to say is that the camera angle when playing 2 player is awful. Usually LEGO games are designed better than this. The story line is fun and there are plenty of things to collect and do in the game. It is enjoyable to play.

Got this Game for my Son. He loves the LEGO movies and asked to get this game. My son is 6yrs old and he is able to play this game right out of box. No crazy controls. just tons of fun.

If you or your children are fans of the Lego movies, then this is the game for you. Gameplay is solid like most Lego video games. Graphics are great and it's a fun time for the whole family.

Bought this as a birthday gift and they say they're really enjoying it! I'm sure that adults could enjoy this as well, but kids will find the most use for it.

Bought this for my grandson who is a Big LEGO fan, Kept him entertained for Hours and he can’t wait for the Next installment to come out.

Great game for kids if you own any of the other Lego games it is very similar in the way it is set up for ease-of-use for kids Would recommend

My six year old son loves the game and It’s easy to play. It has great graphics and it’s easy for him to understand.

Didn’t get a chance to see this in the movie theater so I wanted to get it when it came out on dvd my grandson wanted to see it

Movie references are great. Characters are so cute and fun to play. Multiplayer available and super fun for all ages!

Purchased for a 5 and 8 year old. These type of games are entertaining and fun for kids this age. Chose the switch over the xbox because of the selection of fun kids games and if course Mario.

This is by far the greatest control setup for lego games for parents and kids that want to play together but the child is a bit too young to want to do more than "their own thing." Most lego games rely on team work to get to certain places and do things. This one DOES NOT. Your little one can play with you in split screen and you can play the entire game without their help. You just explore together and play. You can do the "meat" of the game while they mess around. It is great!
