I wanted to share some actual photos of the Thermador ME302YP Masterpiece Double Oven. The oven doors are not stainless steel; they are a contemporary gray glass. In my opinion, the description and photos on the Thermador website are misleading. In the header, it says 30" Stainless Steel, and nowhere in the description does it mention this glass. On the website, the single photo of the double oven as well as the double oven installed in both dark and light cabinetry do not portray the true contrast of the materials. Many dealers do not have it in their showrooms as it is a new model and my dealer was not aware of this model having the glass doors until I brought it up. Hope this helps others make their appliance decisions.

The color is OK, I wish I would have got the stainless steal. So far it works good. Control panel is a little hard to use.

Oven temperatures appear to be exactly correct according to a digital thermometer. Controls are pretty easy and intuitive. Cannot make oven connect to my wi-fi network. We were disapointed in the pizza mode and have found that just the regular bake mode works better for homemade pizza.

It is one of those "looks nice, if you never use it" pieces of equipment. So, if you don't cook much - get it. It looks cool. If you are planning to use it, though - get something else. 1. Convection is only in the upper cavity, so the bottom cavity is useless. It is also much less powerful. Can't use it much. 2. The buttons are horrible - there is a noticable delay after you press them, so you'd have to pause after each push to see if the system had registered it. There is no haptic feedback at all. It's like using the cheapest Chinese kock-off. Truly not expected from an expensive brand. 3. Quality - the control panel rattles, a screw was missing. Even with all three crews securily tied, when you press buttons- the panel moves. Overall, it's like this model is built with leftover substandard parts. Absolute disappointment.

The Thermador - Masterpiece Series 30' built-in Double Wall Oven is OUTSTANDING. My wife and i utilized this past Thanksgiving and cooked all the food absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this product.

Lovely purchase of my new oven. Great recommendation.

The product is great. The delivery and setup was not great. Required many phone calls to set up. Initial set up was cancelled at the last minute and had to be rescheduled.

Cooks great! I would recommend item. It matched perfect with my refrigerator.

Double wall oven looks luxurious with nice door handles. Installer name James did an excellent job demoing old and installing new. Cleans the area after job completion. Only minor complaint was he left a gap exposed in the back of the wall.

We've had service here for this 4 times since purchasing 5 months ago. Not even sure it's working correctly now. Takes very long to heat up to temperature. Can't tell a difference between "fast preheat" and "normal". Same as using "convection bake" and "normal". We don't see any difference. The alert tone to show the oven finally is at temp or using the timer is so quiet, I can't hear it. Since we can't compare this we have to take the service person's word that it's operating correctly. Thermador quality has slipped so badly that I would not recommend their products.

Installed a month ago. Works well so far. The fast pre heat mode heats oven up in 10 minutes

Excellent salesmanship & delivery and loving the oven

I am giving this product two stars only because it looks beautiful. It ends there. There are two major functions of an oven. 1. timing and 2, the capability to bake. The timers work, but you simply cannot hear them. Try it at the store. Set the time for say one minute. Stand right next to the oven. As in with your ear not more than say 1 or 2 feet away. Listen carefully. Yes, its that bad! Worse, one "kitchen timer" for both ovens. Seriously! Set the temperature for say 350 deg. What is the actual temperature? You have no idea. There is a small progress bar that you must look very very closely. But you still dont know the temperature. This is a STRONG no buy. Yes, we spent thousand on this thing, but we will likely just rip it out. Thermador customer service is a black hole.
