Absolutely Fantastic "Triple" Oven!

Outstanding! I'd love to say it was worth the wait but I still can't get over we had to wait just over a year to get it. Anyway, it's an incredible 3-unit oven system!

Great oven once we got it and understood how to operate. High quality, even controlled heat. We are happy. The install could have went better but once in we are really enjoying.

Good Oven - Awful Microwave - Many issues

When you buy a $10k applaince from a top brand name - you expect something excellent. This appliance is anything but that. The user interface on the MW is atrocious, very cumbersome to use. The MW failed after 11 months of use - right when the extended warranty offer arrrived - literally the same day. The oven, however, is excellent. The food warmer drawer rails have broken 6 times. Had tech out to fix it 3 times. Finally modified and fixed it myself. Overall - a great disappointment in Thermador.

The triple oven Thermador has a double pane glass that food can seep into and this happened to us when we just had it installed 2 days ago. This should not happen to a high end oven.

Microwave keeps breaking

We are on our 3rd microwave in 3 years ans it also stopped working. The technicians cannot fix the problem and keep replaving the entire product. I wouldnt buy this again.
