Will this replace the Verizon one and I wont have to pay rent for their router anymore.?We have Verizon fios

If you only have FiOS Internet, you should be able to connect the router directly to your FiOS ONT device using an Ethernet cable. However, if your FiOS plan includes other services, such as TV, you might need to keep their gateway. We recommend that you contact your ISP directly to confirm whether your specific service plan allows replacing their router with your own.
Is this router compatible with Spectrum internet?

If you don't have one or do not want to rent one from Spectrum I would recommend Arris's Surfboards. I used them while I had cable service and they always were a solid product. Pair well with TP-Link Routers too.
Does this work with Google mini
Answered by TPLinkSupportYes using the router's Smart Life assistance you can link the router to Google Assistant or Alex. You will need to add a TP-Link ID to the router and then use the TP-Link Router Skill on Google to link it.
