Is there a web based interface for control or do you just have the app?

What is the maximum wattage this power strip can handle? I want to use it to power and control a portable heater in a vacation cabin.
Answered by eqjunkie829I would recommend against running any kind of heater from a surge protector. Even though it’s a smart plug, it’s still a potential fire hazard to use it for a heater. I tried a space heater off a single smart plug that was of sufficient wattage capability and it ended up blowing the plug and rendering it useless. The heater was 1500 and the plug was about 1800.
Can I use this with a 5.0GHz wifi router, if not is it even possible. I need one ASAP!!

If I am on the same network (192.168.1.xxx) in my home with the power strip and my telephone - Can I control the power strip with my phone if I lose internet service to the world? My internet service to the world is sporadic.
Answered by dctech09You can control this power strip through the Kasa app but only if your power strip is connected to the internet. If you have timers and schedules set up they will still work without being connected to the internet.
Can you turn on each plug individually?
