The VHF section delivers 3 dBd gain and full coverage of AIS (Automatic Identification System) and all marine band frequencies, with wideband operation from 156–162.2 MHz. Its efficient 1/2 wave design maintains an excellent VSWR of less than 1.3:1 for optimal signal transfer and supports up to 150 watts of power. The 38-3/4 in. stainless steel whip provides strength and corrosion resistance for long-term durability in harsh marine environments. The integrated active GPS antenna features 30 dB gain and operates on 2.5V to 5.5V, ensuring reliable positioning performance across a wide range of marine electronics systems. Installation is designed for flexibility and convenience. Both VHF and GPS include 23-ft. RG58 low-loss cables with FME connectors for routing through small mounting holes. The VHF includes a UHF male PL-259 adapter, while the GPS comes with BNC-male, TNC-male, and SMA-male adapters to ensure compatibility with virtually all GPS applications.
