it's a bit shorter than I thought but big enough even for the back loved the price $10 something on clearance, I mainly need it for my lower back, got 3 buldging disks pushing on my Cervical spine so I'm starting out slowly what I love is that it works on different areas of the body

Good massage roller with 3 different pressure levels. It takes some time to get used to it, however, is very effective.

more precise than a round foam roller, it releases muscle knots/trigger points much better

Keep your self in line and the roller doesn’t slip.
