Questions & Answers
Why does it only have one earing thingamajig? (the big blue thing that you put your ear into) it only has one i would have prefered it having 2. The price was cheap but the design was a bit dissapointing.....
Answered by Turtle Beach SupportThis headset is designed to be a Chat Communicator headset, meaning it will only provide you with Chat Audio. Rather than providing you with two ear cups that would muffle the sound of Game Audio playing on your TV, the headset is designed with a single open ear cup. The single open ear cup allows you to hear Chat Audio from the speaker within the headset itself without issue, while clearly hearing the Game Audio that continues to play from your TV or speaker system.
How long is the cord?
Answered by Turtle Beach SupportThe cable is approximately 4.5 feet in length, and it will connect directly to the console's controller.
Will this work with PS3?
Answered by MarkVCJif you read the box it will work with phones tablets PS4 and Xbox One. I used headphone/Mic that came with cell phones like the with Samsung 3-9 they come with headphone mics and it worked on my PS3 & X-Box360 and PS4 and Xbox one so it should work with your PS3. it works with anything that has a headphone jack. I took a picture and circled where it says for PS4 pro PS4, Xbox One, mobile, now that would also mean it would work on the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 but they're not going to add that because those consoles are extremely old but anything with a headphone jack that can use Mic it will work
